I mailed my bills out on the 1st of every month. Today is the 12th, and yet again my credit card bill is late. This is the fourth time that it has happened. Another late fee. Horrible service. How are your bills running Postal workers? Don't you think that we would like our bills to get there on time, like yours.

Always a pleasant experience when I visit this little post office. Mixie is always very helpful and gives the best advice as far as how to send my packages. Never had any issues so far. Keep up the good work!
THIS POST OFFICE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! The new lady is very welcoming, outgoing, and GREETS YOU WITH A SMILE. I really enjoy going to this location now and seeing such a pleasant face.
I have a PO box at this location. Not only is it hard to get in and out of but the lady at the desk almost always makes you feel as if you have done something wrong just by walking in the door. She obviously is not from the part of town that she works in as that area of Glen Allen is a mostly peaceful and patriotic part of town with a tight sense of community. I try to avoid having the interact with the staff as much as possible. Mostly just the bitter black lady at the counter.
The phone line is constantly busy (I'm starting to wonder if they keep it off the hook...) and I can never reach anyone there. I rented a PO Box (paid online) two weeks ago, went to the post office to finalize it and pick up the keys and was told that they had to order the keys and would call me the following week when they came in. I never heard back from anyone and my when I finally trekked all the way back up there with my three small kids in tow, the keys STILL weren't in. Ugh. As many people have mentioned, there is one employee in there that is just flat out nasty. She is very crass and makes you feel as though you coming in to conduct business is a total inconvenience to her. However, there is an employee there by the name of Karen who is very sweet and personable and I enjoy working with her.
Pathetic and the worst experience ever. I ordered some gift and toys for my son and they arrived in my area on 4 Nov but some how never reached my home. I am only 2 miles away from this USPS location but never reached and i've been going in circles trying to contact them via email, call and in person but its extremely hard to get a good response. No accountability of the lost items and rude customer care response that there is nothing that can be done since the merchant didn't use insurance while sending it. Probably stolen.
I have encountered several different USPS issues (tracking and package inquiries) and while some USPS locations in my area are less than enthusiastic to assist you, the Mountain Rd USPS is ON THEIR GAME. they always call you and follow up on inquiries or complaints.
Recently, I received a call from Aisha(?) from the Mountain Rd USPS and she was quick, friendly, to the point and do not waste Anyone s time.
Every time I have visited this location I have been met with a smile. Which that alone is a huge difference to my other interactions at the next nearest location on Saddler. This is definitely my preferred post office location.
