Nice place. Have used several times in the past. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Looking for Pullman loaf pan but they didn't have one. Picked up a couple of other things instead.

Open to the general public. Good quality items at a good price. If you're into the "industrial kitchen" you'll love it!!

Always a fun store to visit if you're a serious cook or baker. These are much more durable items for commercial purposes. If it's good enough for professional chefs, it's good enough for me.

I called yesterday after we got word that our refrigerator was not worth repairing. We are a large childcare center and having a working fridge is a necessity. I spoke to Sean and he was amazing. He sent me over three quotes almost immediately. By the end of the day I settled on one and was told it would be delivered by Friday Sean was aware of the situation and went above and beyond to have it delivered today. Within 24 hours we had a new fridge and they removed the old. Amazing group of guys and amazing company. I cannot say enough about them. Call them first. You will not be disappointed.

I started wandering the aisles at United in my teens, when my father would go there for restaurants he ran.

After that, as a Dominos Manager, United was my go to place for anything for our store.

I'm no longer in the the business, but MY kitchen is filled with items from United. I've always found them to have great prices, and I get the same service NOW, on a $40 ticket, that I did on $400 or $4000 tickets 40 years ago.

If you like to cook, or if you're new to the restaurant business, try the folks at United, they are very helpful.

I really enjoyed my first visit there . All the shiny gadgets and cooking supplies. I love to cook so cooking gadgets really thrill me. A clerk was really attentive and helpful. I will be returning again and again. Left with a smile on my face !!!

The customer service was subpar. I ve had many conversations with different people at this company trying to explain the situation and no one listens. Very annoying

I'm not a professional cook, however I love shopping at United restaurant equipment. There everyday kitchen items are affordable and durable without the high cost associa yes with more traditional brand name items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable... best of all the place is open to the public..

Not a bad shop but prices are very high, I like to support local rather than online but I don t want to pay double. I will say they have just about everything you need , just very $$$

Everytime I walk in everyone is so helpful and friendly. Been going for years for both my house and for work. Won't go anywhere else.

Great service! We needed a new upright freezer and they delivered right away. First they called to confirm delivery and they arrived just as promised. The delivery folks were pleasant and helpful. No mess to deal with, they took everything with them. Wish we received this kind of customer service with every vendor we work with. No reason to go anywhere else!

We call on United for everything, including advise on how to work on our own equipment to get up and running! They have come through in a pinch with delivering service, advice, products and support with whatever we need.

Not sure if I want the secret out, but this place is a serious cook's nirvana. No trendy gadgets here, just high quality restaurant equipment, utensils, staples of a great kitchen that last. Staff could not be nicer. Helpful (found a box for an odd sized holiday gift), fun (there was dancing) and knowledgeable. I have loved every item I have purchased here.

Nice spot to pick up supplies, whether you are a restraunteur or just have a kitchen in your house. Some things seemed super inexpensive for the nice quality, while other items cost more than what you would pay elsewhere. We stopped by to get a set of silverware advertised in their catalog, but it was not in stock, or even on display. They said it would take weeks to order it. Ended up paying for a set that was double the price, but still cheaper than a set at another store.

First time going and I was mesmerized at the wonderful selection of kitchenware and cookery. With friendly service, a knowledgeable staff and great "I-don't-think-I-need-that-but-at-that-price" Prices, makes this the perfect place for Weekend at home foodies, aspiring cheffie at home parents, or up to a full on restaurant; there is close to nothing this place doesn't have. **WARNING** Go in with a plan. Because if you love to cook like I do this is a proverbial "Toys-R-Us" for grown ups. 5 Stars! I see how this place has stayed in business for so many years! I WILL be back again and this time I'm bringing my Pops! Lord help my Bank Account! Lol

Awesome supply store. Very helpful staff and wide selection of products/brands. They keep track of what you buy so you can get it again later if you want. Large selection of professional barware too. Geared towards and appropriate for professional needs but suitable for home needs as well.

Friendly and personable staff and great customer service

I am currently sitting in their parking lot having walked out without purchasing anything. When I first walked through the door I was greeted with nothing but silence. I even tried to wave to the people behind the counter. As the next person walked in I hear, "Hi! How are you doing? Let us know if we can help you find anything."
These people obviously don't want my business and won't be getting it.

The sales reps were very helpful. They have an excellent selection of cooking and baking equipment.

I shop here several times a year for my home kitchen. You don't have to have a restaurant to buy here. And their prices for equipment that will LAST are great!

Best local retail store for professional level kitchen and dining equipment. So much packed in, go slow or you will miss some treasures. Staff is willing to help and friendly. They ask when you check out "Do you have an account?" just say no and they will not look at you funny. They are used to restaurants putting things on their account. Recommend this place!

This is my go-to store for most kitchen supplies. It's open to the public and has great prices on just about anything you could want for a serious cook. Everything I've bought there is high quality and has lasted a very long time.

We love United Restaurant Equipment Company. They are our first stop for all of our restaurant needs. When shopping in person, they are fantastic to deal with, friendly and helpful. I have purchased and inquired about multiple items through email as well and they are quick to respond, answer all of our questions and go above and beyond to help us find what we need.

Always very helpful, and they have soo much in stock. They also have many parts for kitchen equipment my only regrets is not having more room or money to be able to get more from them.

My daughter and son in law own Jack s Waterfront Bar and Restaurant in More head City. She placed an order with United Restaurant Equipment Company. I live in Youngsville and she wanted me to pick up her order and bring it down because my husband and I were going down in 2 days. Well to make a long story short I don t like driving in downtown Raleigh and my husband had to work till after 6 pm.
I called and talked to Alicia and asked her if someone could meet me on Capital Boulevard by. 440:and explained why. She said sure without any hesitation. She asked me where I lived and I told her Youngsville and she looked it up on her GPS and then told me she would bring it to me in Youngsville. I was so thrilled she took a whole bunch of stress off me. I can t thank her and her husband enough. They went out of their way to make it easier for me. Thank you again.
