This company does not even deserve a one star.
They are lazy nasty people. Like other reviews, their communication is pathetic! Most HOA s have some issue, this company has too many to fit in any review. They do not even address their reviews. Avoid living where they work!

The very WORST property management "company" in Tidewater! DO NOT HIRE!

They take your dues and then you never see them do a THING to improve the community for which they are supposed to manage. There are so many violations in our community and they don't do a THING to correct it - the bylaws may as well be a "suggestion" because you will never see them do the right thing, EVER!!

The turnaround with this firm is also part of the problem - they lose managers faster than lightning strikes! That has to tell how horrible they must be to work with as an employee!!

Waste of money!
Waste of Time!
Unprofessional
Some managers are just so rude and so lazy - you cannot believe they get paid.

Spread the word - they need to be shut down before they steal any more people's hard earned money.

I have a hard time understanding why the Willow Point Condos in Chesapeake seem to not be taken care of. You would think the size of our development would warrant more time from a staff member to get all of the tasks completed. We are in need of many visual upgrades for this neighborhood. We should have enough in the bank to get anything needed done with all of the units in Willow Point. Does anyone other than the "property manager" come out to look at the communities?

They have terrible customer service with terrible communication skills. Way too expensive. Only way to pay something is through a super sketchy gozego website that's loaded with fees. AVOID AT All COST

Learn the Rules and Regulations before you send threatening letters. Also Board of Directors, $5000 for fence doors? pay me $300 and I'll repair every broken fence on this property. Something fishy is going on here..

I have not missed one payment or been late during ...

I have not missed one payment or been late during the entire duration of the pandemic. I was emailed and asked about renewing our lease we replied back on the documents stating we would be renewing.A few days later i received an emailing saying i had 60days to move because the owner is selling. Now with the housing market being so bad and nobody moving during this time me and my 4children are at risk of being homeless. Tried communicating with them, and even offered to pay MORE to be month to month until we were able to find something instead of being rushed out and was DENIED.

This company is trash. They are rude, they dismiss your concern, and there is absolutely no customer service here. They'll make every excuse possible, they'll cash your check, and disregard your concern.

Please don t waste your time! The communication with the manager when a issue was brought up was extremely poor and rude. If you can not tell by reading the reviews alone I also recommend looking at what is on the Better Business Bureau. This many people can t be wrong, just saying. This property could really benefit having a security patrol car to float after hours or when the office is closed.

My window leaked the first few years I lived in the condos. We have complained over and over. They have fixed the outside after years of complaining but did nothing to fix the inside or test for mold for my families safety. Now our bedroom is leaking toilet water from our upstairs neighbors and nothing is being done.
