The company I worked for ordered from this company and from the beginning they had terrible customer service. The Salesmen would not return phone calls or reply to emails. Once I received the invoice it was around $9,000 over the quoted amount. We could not get them to call us back or reply to emails in a timely manner causing this to go on for months. They would do nothing other then threaten to send us to collections if we did not pay. We have never been sent to collections nor have we ever had an issue that wasn't corrected in a easy phone call or quick email. In the end we paid the invoice and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!! We have a very creditable business with a fantastic customer base. We have plenty of other suppliers who can professionally meet our needs.
This is the best place to shop for fire truck water/foam tanks. With high density polypropylene being used UPF builds high quality products.
Had questions about the performance of a tank from them we were considering. They were prompt with replies, and if they didn't have an answer, they didn't try to make something up.
Our company truck has been there since 9AM, they said 1 item is ready and the other item is not ready, it will be ready by 12 (noon) and it's 1:24PM right now, and he's still not loaded.
