Worst walk in clinic ever.. Be prepared to wait 4 hrs to see a student that doesn't even help you with diagnosing the problem.

Definitely if your dying or need something don't come here you will be waiting more then 45 minutes just to be seen and that's on a good day I'm having a check up and it's taking forever my appointment is at 1130 they can't reschedule at all and now I'm waiting for a hour thanks world have rather died at home

They have the worst service imaginable, had been seeing my doctor for the last 2 years and am now being kicked out because I don't live in the catchmen area even though they know I have lived out of town for the last two years. The receptionist refused to give me any doctor referrals and I have medication I take everyday and I need a prescription for it. If you are going to cut a patient out of your services last minute at least give me a list of doctor offices that are accepting. It's a difficult time to get a doctor right now and if I run out of meds I will have no more prescription. Also this place refused to take my brother's blood pressure when he was in diabetic shock bc they claimed "young people can't get diabetes" and was then rushed to a hospital where they gave him real help. This place is a sick joke I don't know how it's still up and running. So disgusting

Brought my partner there on Christmas day (today) and was met with very friendly response both on the phone and in person. Clinic is incredible modern and inviting, staff is great. Would highly recommend.

I have received excellent medical care, and never feel rushed during any of my appointments or have to wait too long before being seen, ALL staff are kind and courteous , i enjoy the programs they have throughout the year, very professional and well mannered

I ve been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and got assigned NP Erin Bergen. I wish I met her years ago because she is the best medical professional I ve encountered in my life. She has the best bed side manner and really listens to you without prejudice. I always leave knowing I was taken seriously and my needs were fulfilled. The staff is also so kind. One-stop shop for health concerns for families. Baby programs, Zumba classes, community kitchens etc are available here! Social services like social workers and dieticians available too. Health care professionals are readily available for new patients

Disgusting wait time. 2 hours for blood drawn. For a man who just had surgery. For shame. Go anywhere but here

Receptionists do not return phone calls. I've left voicemails to try to book a simple appointment. The moment I do get to speak to a receptionist, I am put on hold for awhile and then she transfers me to her voicemail and I hear her say in the background "I'm supposed to go on break" What has happened to the service here?

Don't go here for blood work. Like the 10 000 other people here on a Saturday, its the only day i am available to do this. I waited for almost 2 hours to get blood work done. P.S if you need to give a urine sample don't try to wait, its like being tortured.

I don't know who the receptionist is or who answers your calls but she is so rude! I'm talking and she keeps interrupting me. I just had a call with her today just asking what time my appointment is and she said "I can't help you if you won't give me your doctor" I'm only seeing a nurse? She ruins my day. I call having a good day and she always ruins it. Had a call with her before and still the same rude attitude. Honestly I don't write reviews even if some are rude but she is different. she really ruins my day. The reason I giving one start is because of her. I'm not the only one who feels like this, some of my friends and family too.

I called the second time and a different person answered. The second person was nice unlike the first one i talked too. The second person immediately got into conclusion and answered my question nicely.

Great place for lunch exceptional programming as well

I love Access NorWest! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My Mom and I have received excellent medical care, and never feel rushed during any of our appointments or have to wait too long before being seen. We love Sonya, who is one of the many friendly Medical receptionists and our Nurse Practitioner Janelle.
The Centre has Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Doctors, Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Counsellors, a Blood lab, Child Care, walk-in clinic, Services for Women, Newcomers, Teenagers and much more. We are so glad we are able to assess care through Access NorWest Community Health Centre.

I am have very fortunate to be accepted as a patient at Access Norwest. I am being looked after by a Nurse Practitioner who has been very efficient in looking after my medical needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone living in the catchment area of this Access Centre.

The ppl that work there hung up in me 4 times when I was trying to ask a question very rude ppl work there

Norwest is just like any clinic.. It's okay... but I don't know who your on call receptionist is but this comment does not only come from me but also from my friends who called in to ask a few questions and we all had the same person answering the phone.. she will entertain us but she doesn't give us a chance to explain things further.. this person just ends the call without even saying it and without knowing if I or the other people are finish talking
