An enviromental based facilty. I love so much about tye area in particular their sustainable building which is amazing ,they dont use electricity,they use laptop to sace on power,they havd planted tress and createc a wholenew ecosytstem tht harbour a numbr og birds species,with pond outside with fish,the building is an amazing infrastructure the only sustainable bulding i guess in the world,UNEA has done a very good job up to that point. With bicycles tha failitat movements from one area to another.
Excellent and informative. Let's all work towards protecting the planet and not have a handful of countries blocking these initiatives.
Its located in gigiri just opposite the united State embassy. It has a cool environment that is ever green.Their main objective is to take care of environment as they struggle to create awareness of activities that may lead to environmental pollution as well as well as teaching on how to prevent pollution. Within the complex they have ensured that the use of disposable plastic containers is abolished coz that has been discovered to be the most common environmental pollutant.
This is one place that simply fascinates me; from the environment to the different activists that take place there and the facilities made available for all who visit the UN. One thing that is truly outstanding about them is the trouble they have gone into to make sure that those who are physically challenged are well taken care of. Kudos UN.
I loved my time at UNEP it was a fabulous experience the people I met on site were very friendly and friendly the restaurants on site its very high class security and by appointment but also and above all the staff is very professional. Given that it is a huge structure it is not easy to make sure of everything but mean less I made a little visit which I loved very much
