One star since the program will not allow you to post without at least one star... they actually deserve NEGATIVE 100 stars..
WARNING ----Do not use this agency you will regret the time you waste having them perform what little tasks they decide they will complete. This agency and particularly Arcelysis (the case manager) and Mirna (the HCA they assigned) decide when, what and how the job will be completed. Here are a few examples of poor service this organization provided: The HCA decided on the days and time, she refused to allocate the 33 hours rationally - she loaded the hours onto 6 days and 1 day was only 1 hour... : the HCA was assigned to another person in the early morning and late afternoon and billed our account for her traveling from job to job and then back in the afternoon: the HCA was told to only take instructions from the main caretaker - not the other person the caretaker also supports but the HCA refused to follow directions nor communicate with the person in charge; HCA allowed patient to eat in bed, not bathe, use the bed as the toilet, not sanitize the floor, etc The HCA tolerated this behavior so she, the HCA could study for another position during the day; the HCA was encouraging and participating in keeping these and many other "favors" so she the HCA could do what she wanted during the day - not what was best for the patient nor what she was hired to do. Near the end of this very unsatisfactory relationship -- the primary caretaker had to go to the residence- most of the time the HCA was outside talking on her cellphone When I would call Areclysis -- she would just tell me that she would speak with the HCA... but nothing ever improved. Finally I spoke directly to the HCA with the patient present -- when the patient tells me about the HCA arriving at 9:30am vs 9am.. the HCA states " since you ratted on me - I am going to rat on you" and proceeded to tell all the bad and unacceptable behaviors that she allowed form the patient. After 3 weeks the HCA - quit this assignment - with no notice. The HCA told her buddy at the residence that she quit since she was not happy any longer since the rules made the patient unhappy.... the agency contacted me -- but stated they did not have ay person who would travel south nor did anyone that spoke english...This agency from the beginning did not comply with details nor instructions and stated they did not have many English speaking HCA's... I should have realized that was an indication of their service and ability... AGAIN DO NOT RETAUN THIS AGENCY. If you do .. You have been warned...
