Took my patrol in with some underlying issues and it was all sorted very proffessionaly to a high standard and well priced. A 400k drive after picking it up and the car has never ran so well!!! Will use again and reccomend to others.
I took my hilux here for new injectors and a carbon clean. The job was done and as far as I can tell mechanically done well. However the car was given back to me with a broken headlight protector (where someone had leaned on the car to work on it) and oil marks around the front panels and bumper. When raised with the team there, they asked for photos and were reluctant to offer any compensation (after spending close to 4k with them). After multiple follow ups nothing has been resolved and this is months afterwards. After service is average to say the least. Overall disappointing.

Patrol went in for a turbo and intercooler install, picked up with broken windscreen no indicator, headlight or temperature gauge despite everything working fine when i dropped it off. Made to drive 500km round trip back to the workshop to only have the windscreen and indicator fixed (which took 2 weeks) which was as simple as wires being knocked loose and both jobs could have been done in my town. Had to be taken to a local shop for the other issues where they found a bolt from the install had broken through wires causing a short circuit. A thermo fan was also fitted to the intercooler by ufi, which had multiple loose wires and was also wired up against manufacturers instructions and which i had to fix myself. This has cost me nearly 1000$ in repairs over 2 months. I feel ufi did not take any care whilst working on my vehicle and wasted my time and money. Will not be returning or recomending to anyone
Couldn't get professionalism, Couldn't get good service and couldn't even get simple bolts tightened up properly. Come to believe UFI have no mechanical or common sense about the product their meant to be selling.
They take no responsibility for their own mistakes instead try and play the blame game.
Very disappointed and will not being giving them a good reference when asked about their service.
Just remember everyone consumer law exists.

A friend of mine recently spent over $2K on 4 new CRDi Delphi injectors...was told all 4 of old injectors failed...all at the same time!!! (I have never came across all injectors failing at the same time in 40 years)...less then 2000 km's one of the new injectors failed...UFI blamed the fuel stations in Perth WA...void warranty...there must be lot of CRDi vehicles suddenly blowing black smoke and knocking in the Perth metro...blaming fuel stations!!!...put the old injectors back in to have a look...updated the ECU codes...guess what...up and running...you have to wonder!!!...my opinion...buy your injectors direct from the UK eg. $1300 AU delivered...takes around 7 working days
100 Series Land Cruiser TD4.2 - 200,000 kms - Cracking job by the lads at UFI. Even before I dropped it off Corey explained to me what could be the issue. Confirmed and advised by phone at midday.
