I have worked in the multi-family housing industry for 10+ years and I have to say the UDGI is home. I have not worked for a company that shows so much appreciation and dedication to their employee's and their personal growth. I am so grateful for the opportunities that I keep receiving with UDGI.

Growth opportunities. I started as a business team leader 8 years ago and have grown into several different positions. Rebeca has been my regional since I started and has always pushed me to succeed (when she became the HR manager, I became her assistant). Willy the President/CEO gives goals and inspires you to achieve them. He believes you can and this inspires you to believe you can. We have team members who started as a porter and are now our community care team leaders. One of the team members was a Business Team Leader and is now the Regional Asset Manager. We have great benefits, and awesome bonuses.
UDGI is always taking care of their employees and have now surprised my family and I with yet another amazing opportunity. I love that this company s culture also includes my family s growth and dreams. We have always wanted to own our own home and now with UDGI that dream is attainable for us. They have rolled out a great program that assists their employees in achieving the dream of purchasing their first home home. I have had the pleasure of working with UDGI for the past 10 years and it has been amazing! UDGI really showed how they went above and beyond by exceeding our teams expectations this past year. The number 1 priority has and always will be the team making sure they are taken care of! They never stop making sure each property looked amazing and all items were taken care of at the properties. I am beyond grateful that I get to be a part of team like we have at UDGI! In the middle of a pandemic UDGI still assisted the team with so many more possibilities with growth! This has been a great experience and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for everyone!
Worst company I have ever worked for and i was in property management a very long time. They have willy s 10 favorites that are not professional with their employees but can t do any wrong in his eyes. The turnover is horrible and it s for good reason. Don t recommend working for this company. There are so many property management companies that will be a better choice for you.

Everyone in the entire company works as a team, and is always willing to assist you, even corporate is willing to jump in and assist you! I truly enjoyed working for UDGI!! from the owner to management, including the regional manager and corporate, are constantly acknowledging and recognizing your work and effort! I definitely recommend UDGI to all my family and friends!!
