Wonderful staff, and A LOT LESS of a wait time to get into programs!
The FOP program is terrible and a complete disgrace. They blame parents on everything, do not support youth taking personal responsibility for their actions, and are useless during a crisis! Staff lies and when brought to supervisor attention with electronic evidence supervisor does nothing about it and even justifies it even though it is a flat out lie! Client notes for insurance are terrible, nothing is grammatically correct and the notes are all about bashing the family and have nothing to do with the client! Children and families that dont fit into the UCS bracket dont get any help, they are told that either 1. You are bad parents or 2. The kid is normal. When parents Express concerns they are told that the issue at hand is normal even when it clearly is not and no other person would say it is including other professionals in the same field (first hand experience) Staff and "therapists" are under trained and I question if they are even qualified for the work they are doing. If they dont see the issue for themselves then they say there isnt an issue. Not every child is the same and not every child displays issues for anyone. This review could go on forever, after speaking to many other parents and families I write this review on behalf of my family and every family out there that I have spoken to and gotten feedback from. UCS you think you know everything and are the absolute best agency out there. UCS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
UCS is an organization that lies and fabricates records. They should not be trusted with your life under any circumstances. They do more damage to the client than help.
Choose another doctor. This organization is terrible.
I called 8 times over three weeks, and they never returned my message seeking help for my son. What kind of organization is this?!
