Spoke with a representative (I wish I could remember her name). She was extremely friendly; and it was a quick easy phone call to complete my needed transaction as it took all but, 5 minutes literally.

As many other reviews have stated. The people who answer the phones have some of the worst tones you can clearly hear they hate their job and hate talking to people. It comes off terrible. It makes them rude. Get a different job if it s making you that miserable.

Untied collection bureau got my account, I sent of 1 payment when I was able and then received a payoff amount. I received the letter, in the mail, with the pay off amount the day after it was due. I sent off the amount, and they will not honor it because it was received late. Even after explaining to them that I dont receive their letters until after the payment date they refuse to work with me at all. Biggest joke ever!

Talked with a representative, Lisa Pittman that was very rude. Said I wanted to talk with a supervisor she had me wait on the phone then came back to say she talked to her for me. I called back to get a supervisor, Jennifer Morales and she acted like I was bothering her trying to resolve my issues. If these people don t like their jobs they should look for a different one. I paid them almost $1200 and just needed a receipt.

Horrible and rude workers! I called and set up a payment arrangement paying them every 2 weeks (when I get paid) and they told me that the payment arrangement was not acceptable. However I did tell them that as long as I make an attempt to pay it even if it s $1 a month (which it s not) but that they can t do a damn thing about it and she wasn t to happy about that response.

Spoke with Jennifer "the senior supervisor" and she was incredibly unhelpful. Please know when working with these people that they will not even give you a receipt when you pay off a debt. There is no proof for weeks and the do not do any deletions off the credit report. Their policies are totally unreasonable.

I was sent to this collection agency May 2019. I had been paying the hospital $25 a month but they wanted me to pay $200 which I couldn't do. The agency worked with me to pay $50.00 a month which was great. They sent me a year worth of dates that I would owe on. I paid on time every time and always wrote down the confirmation number. I had gotten called twice that I hadn't paid and each time I gave them the confirmation numbers. I was to get a call after the year ended to either be offered a settlement or to have a new payment plan set up. I never received a call. I continued to pay anyway and write down the confirmation numbers. I recently received two voicemails from them asking me to call. I called back when I had time off work during their business hours (on Friday). I spoke to a Jessica who stated I had no agreement plan set up but she offered me a settlement. She stated I would pay this specific amount and they would write off $500 for a 20% of and my account would be settled.I agreed , all sounded good. I also asked when this would come out of my account and she advised "today". I checked all that day and all weekend, nothing came out. This morning around 9:00 the amount came out of my account. It was for the amount she advised. But when I logged onto my UCB account I still had $422.22 as a balance. I assumed this was what was to still be written off but it wasn't $500. I called and spoke to a Hayley. She advised she didn't know why the other girl would say $500. But her calculations were correct and my account is paid. I said that it still should have been $500 if that's what she told me. She advised she didn't know what I wanted her to do because I paid it off. I advised that's a $78 difference from what she told me and what's actually being done. I asked multiple times for a supervisor and she would not transfer me. She stated to me that she didn't know why I needed the $78 She also threatened me and told me that I could pay the $500 if I wanted to. I'm unsure why cause I wasn't cussing her out or doing anything outrageous to need threatened, I just wanted to speak to a supervisor about it.
