I had a really good experience dealing with Preston Freyre while shopping for a certified 3-series. He made the whole process really easy and took his time to help me select vehicle that I wanted. I needed to ship the car to Florida and he got it done without me worrying about logistical issues. Additional shout out to Sonny in finance who stayed on top of the paperwork.

Oh my goodness, there's truly not even enough space here for me to tell you all the reasons why I give this dealership 5 stars. And I only give 5 stars because there's not an option for TEN.
From the test drive to signing the purchase to now getting my first service... I cannot say enough how beyond pleased we are. Please ask for Martin if you're considering test driving / purchasing a BMW. He's the best! This is not even the closest dealership to me but my experience here has me. I'm a customer for life. Kindness, respect, efficiency, comfort in the waiting areas...all these details mean something. Because of this dealership, we are BMW family for life

Had a bad experience with United BMW Gwinnett service department. I was very upset and expressed my displeasure accordingly. After posting I was contacted by Brent who professionally explained my situation in professional detail. The fact that he made the effort to contact me and explain why I had this experience speaks volumes to the fact that the service department really cares about their customers. I now regret letting my emotions get the best of me on my first posting and will certainly recommend servicing vehicles at United BMW to family and friends.

There are 2 superstars at BMW of Gwinnett Place and that's Kola(sales consultant) and Daniel(finance manager). I bought my first BMW through them and had absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Kola takes his time to make sure I'm getting the best deal possible on top of being a hard worker, it's admirable. Daniel is always straight to the point cutting away all the bluffs and sugar coating in the nicest way. It's only after visiting every BMW dealership in the state that you'd then truly appreciate their work ethic and realize if no one else has your back, THEY DO. Now I'm in my second car with the best deal ever and I owe it all to Kola and Daniel. I don't care how far I move Gwinnett place will always be my #1 place to go to as long as they're there!!!! Great job guys and most of all Thank You.

Yes it took approx more than an hour and it is totally understandable. Thanks for providing excellent service and thanks to DeLorean for providing brilliant service.

Facility is great and they went out of their way to provide a loaner. Each service person is different. But just know if you go to a large dealership they have a high over head. So if you go in they aim to find a bigger issue and make additional money. This statement is my opinion in regards to how I was treated. But I felt if I had another person I would of been a lot happier.

I just took delivery of my new 540i and this the best car buying experience of my life. My client advisor, Sheryl, was absolutely terrific to work with. She provided unbelievable service and just made everything so easy. Sheryl was knowledgeable, very positive in her attitude and friendly. Within a few minutes of speaking with her, I knew I was going to purchase the car I ended up buying. The rest of the staff at BMW of Gwinnett Place were also very friendly and service oriented. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

I give this place a solid 5 star. I took my car for service and was assigned Syed as the advisor. Syed is the absolute best. He identified recall fixes at no cost to me, ordered the parts and had the car back within 2 days. This was my first visit to this place and now they have a loyal customer, and when it comes time to replace the current car I will go back to them as well. So a good example of how good service can build loyalty and lead to futures sales. The place is following all COVID safety protocols.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March of 2020. The experience I had with this dealership was unlike any other experience I've had with BMW. I can attribute some of the customer service I received to COVID-19 though. However, it took almost two weeks to get my car from this dealer. On the day I came to get the car, I was told the finance person I did they deal with was in the office; however, that was not the case and I had to finalized the deal with a gentleman who seemed upset that he had to help me, in fact, when I finished signing he didn't even give me a temporary tag. I moved out of state after buying my vehicle from here and was only given one key. I asked for another key and even offered to pay to get another one, but was told they would get the key from previous owner. I followed up on key weekly for almost a month until finally the salesman of my vehicle told me he was putting the key in the mail to me; however, a week passed and still no key, so I drove over 3 hours to the dealership just to pick up the key myself. Having moved out of state I wanted to register the vehicle in the new state. My temp tag was good for 45 days but expired as the new state sent back the paperwork because they needed my identification (which I got two days after I moved), but no one at this dealer informed me. Thus, I was issued another temp tag and only today in the middle of June were my hard tags issued. I am a lover of BMW but the service here is a reflection of the leadership, whom I reached out to several times and was given either no response or passed over. I gave two stars as there were some people who were helpful in this process. My advice is choose your salesman wisely and make sure you have everything you need yourself because it's likely no one will follow up with you.

Incredible people, incredible service. I took my car there to have my tire fixed but at the end of the service my car felt like a brand new. The brakes and every aspect of the car felt different.

We just had car service at BMW Gwinette location and tried to find out any options for trading in our car. We were at the service department and did not know any sales advisors. We met Ryan (service manager). He is nice and awesome.

We also met Rosemary who is a service advisor introduced me to David Childs. We were so lucky to meet him. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He patiently helped us even one hour after the store closed. He also worked very hard to find the right car for me.

Big John in finance was wonderful and awesome. He explained what paperworks I was signing.

I used to buy cars from United BMW at Roswell. It is close to my house. Now I will rather drive 45 mins to visit United BMW at Gwinette.

I want to recognize Tomasz, Ryan, David, Rosemary, and John for their patience, professionalism, and great customer service. Leading by examples is something that your management team should be proud of. They are great representatives of United BMW at Gwinette and how they care for their customers.

I highly recommend to anyone in search of a new or used auto at Gwinette location.

I had my tires balanced at another BMW dealership when I purchased my 540xi. They did a poor job. I took a chance and went to BMW of Gwinnett and they discovered that one tire had a very high rollout when road forced tested. I opted not to buy a new tire since all were basically new. They did a great job smoothing out the ride anyway. I am happy with the results despite me not going for a new tire.

It was a wonderful experience for my wife and I to fly to Atlanta and drive to BMW of Gwinnett Place to pick up our new X3 M40i. Our sales person was wonderful. I received the best price over the phone than I could of anywhere else in the country. They even knocked off another $500 of their already great price because they didn't have anyone available to pick us up at the airport. Now that's an investment in your customer. The drive back to Florida was one of the most enjoyable road trips that my wife and I have ever taken. The car is the best vehicle that I have ever driven. I'm just sorry that BMW of Gwinnett Place won't be my service provider because of the distance.

We bought a car from here in 2017. When we were doing our loan details, the financial person pitched us extra we could include with our loan. We were hesitant, but he told us the additional features could be canceled at anytime, that our monthly payment wouldn t change but total balance would change.

Fast forward 3 years. We want to pay off our auto loan but wanted to cancel an interior protection plan because we realized we really didn t need it. Contacting financial at BMW was not easy. Every time I called the person forwarded me to financial. It would ring a few times then the main menu would come up again and I d have to press zero for operator. I gave up on contacting via phone and was able to reach someone through the chat feature on the webpage.
Several days passed and I had not received any written confirmation as stated so I chatted again to follow up. The second chat was more successful and someone called and followed up via email. Unfortunately, the interior protection plan isn t able to be canceled. The general manager replied with verification of the cancellation policy from documents we signed.
Yes, we signed the document stating it couldn t be canceled. However, we did so through good faith that we were being told truthful information from the financial person.
This is a warning for all future customers to not trust what anyone says. Read all documents thoroughly even if someone is trying to tell you what they say.
We are out a good chunk of money. Buyer beware. Good faith is uncommon at dealerships.

The staff here is superior. I purchased a bmw here and I wouldn t ask for a better staff to help assist me with my decision. They worked hard to get me the best deal for my first bmd.

I recently turned 25, so I m 5 years from 30. It was time for a grown man s vehicle lol. I got a CPO BMD 330i and I absolutely love it. I can t stop looking at it. The drive is really smooth when traveling down highways and I can really feel the quality of the car.

I recommend getting a BMD from here if you re looking for one. They have new and certified preowned vehicles here. They have a variety of cars from what I notice, so you should find what you re looking for.

Those are my initial thoughts about this dealership. I was too exited so I had to make a review. I hope this helps anyone who s thinking about coming here for a car.

Getting a new car is never an easy process, partly because of all the numbers that are thrown at you. You can't let your excitement cloud your judgment! My sales adviser, Daniel, was patient and kind enough to provide me with all the details over the phone before I set a foot in the dealership. This way I didn't feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. The same goes for the finance manager. Ty!

Worked with Daniel Yu to purchase BMW 2020 X3.. He was so very helpful in getting me the right car that falls with in the budget.. Even after the purchase ,I had my doubts and wanted to know if there are options, he was right up there helping me in every step.. NO PRESSURE whatsoever.. Also would like to appreciate the sales team too.. There was a lot of back and forth in pricing and they were really patient with me..

I called about a bmw listed for sale on their lot. I was told it needed $4,000-$6,000 worth of repairs and that I would be responsible for those repairs. Kola Talabi said this was a normal practice, listing damaged vehicles for sale. This came as a huge surprise, seeing as this is a BMW dealership. I would use caution when looking at any of their certified pre-owned vehicles.

EDIT* I emailed the sales manager after he left his email on my review and still no reply. I ve seen enough horrible stories/reviews on here to know when to stay away.

This is my 3rd purchase from these guys. They are aggressive with their deals (and I am equally aggressive with asking for more). I have never left disappointed and always felt like I got a fair to good deal.

!!UPDATE!!: I have edited my 5-Star review to a 1-Star review. Not only did I take delivery on a $93K X3M in September, I went back and took delivery of a $175K i8 in December. One would imagine that I would be considered a fairly important customer, but once you pull off of their lot the customer service ends (abruptly).

To begin with, the agreed deal (via email with Tanzir Rafi) on the i8 changed from the time that I left my home and arrived at the dealership (significantly changed). I won't bore everyone with the details here, but suffice to say I have turned the information over to Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs for investigation of deceptive business practices.

Then there is the other side of the deal. I sold them my Porsche 911 and leased the i8. 3 weeks later, they still owe me for my 911 and despite repeated emails and phone calls, no one responds (especially the finance manager, Ronan Johnson). For the record, the lien on my 911 was paid off over two weeks ago and title released to the dealership (I was told up front that they could not pay me until they received the title).

To add insult to injury, when I finally took delivery of the i8, while it had been detailed, the first thing that happened when I was about leave the dealership was the low washer fluid light illuminated when I pressed start button. Being a plug in hybrid, the vehicle was delivered with a 0% battery charge (totally discharged), and on the way home, the low tire pressure warning system illuminated. So much for final QC checks on $175K vehicles.

This used to be a great BMW dealership and one that I actually took pleasure in working with - my i8 is my 21st BMW since 1996 and my 4th vehicle from this dealership. Something has happened though, and their appreciation of customers has completely evaporated, their follow up and customer service is even worse. If you are looking for a decent deal, you may get that, but leave your expectations low beyond making the deal - I have!

For those following this review - Corey Chapman replied to my review weeks ago and said "someone would be in touch from the dealership". No one ever contacted me. As I mentioned above, buyer beware!

I never thought that I would have such a hard time...

I never thought that I would have such a hard time from a multi-million dollar company for such a small issue. For over a year I've been calling the Gwinnett BMW service department for a part for my belt and no one is responding to my call. Every time I called left a message or even tried to talk to a manager but never got a call back from no one regarding my issue. I would never refer someone to GBMW or buy another car from them.

The majority of the process was done remotely and when I arrived-all I needed to do was sign the contract. The process was quick and uneventful. I actually just left Gwinnett BMW with my car which did not end up getting serviced after waiting for over 45 minutes for my booked appointment for service. I sat and watched other people come get their needs taken care of and they came after me. The funny thing is this not the first time , that this has happened, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because things happen. But for the same thing to happen again after I spoke to my service advisor and was assured that, it will not happen again. When I left this time I called because I wanted to speak to a service manager , just to be told , they are not available ( which I was told the last time ). I am going to take my care some place where I know they value their customers. Apparently Gwinnett Place BMW does not.

What a great experience from start to finish! Preston was incredible to work with, even while balancing multiple customers that morning. He took the time to educate me on the differences in the two vehicles I was looking at, took the time to understand what was impactful for me as a consumer and was direct in negotiations! The level of professionalism from the moment I walked on the lot to driving off with my new car is absolutely what won my business at the end of the day. I will be coming back to BMW of Gwinnett Place for future purchases!

Exceptional service!! Wonderful customer service from Annie Nation (our wonderful service advisor). This is our second time here after moving to the area. She kept me informed of the progress of service, suggested service, had a 2020 loaner ready, worked with warranty co on my behalf, and returned my convertible in perfect working order - plus a gleaning wash. Bonus: A surprised gift and bag was in my car when I picked it up. Would give more stars if we could!!! We will return and recommend to others. Owner of two BMWs and we will drive the hour trip for the amazing service provided at Gwinnett!!

Treat people with gratitude. If someone doesn t own a 2020 760M, you treat them like garbage. Bimmer has a following with or without your dealership, the brand will survive. Your staff makes me vomit and I reported your dealership to BMW and NHTSA.

I ve owned several hundred bmws over the past 20 years... mainly e46, e90, e92s and a couple of just a few made. Between ownership and education, I provided directives to the tech. They didn t listen. Misinformed me. And refused to take steps that are dealer proprietary. Spent $400 in tow, lied to and told no.

Hope the place closes.

The used car sales manager Tomasz Kleps and Sales Rep Sukus Walker were phenomenal in making sue the deal was right for my mothers new SUV. This was my 2nd time driving up from the Tampa Bay area to pick up a car I bought from afar. Both times the sales person (Shazmaan Rajani) was great. Both times we agreed on price for. the new BMW, and on the car I was trading in, on line/over the phone and nothing unexpected or unwanted happened. The process was very smooth and comfortable and I know where I'll likely get my next BMW.

I go here for service and I actually live closer to a different Bmw dealership but the service department is outstanding! And Loaner car staff and new sales and the General Manager all are outstanding!

I love my BMW X5 however my repair experience was ...

I love my BMW X5 however my repair experience was NOT at the level that I am accustomed to. On 8/2/2020 I finally got an appointment to correct a recall (air bag and thermostat) I was pleasantly surprised to find the car finished in 3 hours. My husband and I picked up my vehicle. About 3 miles away from the building the car overheated!!! I immediately called BMW was transferred around!! Could not find the service manager at all. In the meantime I'm stranded in the street, with car smoking...it was horrible!! My husband had to call 3 times in order for someone to react!! They finally called a tow truck which took 1 1/2 hrs to come. They picked the car and had the NERVE TO TELL ME...we have to check and see if it is something we Did!!! In the 1st place the mechanic did NOT test drive after the repair otherwise he would have been stranded in the street!!! I am sooooo dissatisfied right now!!! It appears if you take upur vehicle in to do a routine recall for free they find a way to get their money!!! I am going to the highest person I can to get this stopped!!!

I found a car online in and reached out to the dealership with what I was looking for. They replied right away and mentioned there were more cars on-site, and they were not wrong at all. Pretty great selection considering the time of year and with the ongoing pandemic. Was very pleased with the selections. And Daniel was more than helpful with me - and patient. We worked out a deal that day. Paperwork on my trade-in, and financing was all wrapped that afternoon and I was out of there in ~3 hours.

Very pleasant experience all around.

She was not pushy at all, she was extremely kind and patient and definitely did everything that she could to help us out. This was the easiest purchasing experience that I have ever been a part of, and would recommend this dealership.

We recently purchased a CPO X5 at Gwinnett Place B...

We recently purchased a CPO X5 at Gwinnett Place BMW. First the positives:
1. Our salesperson Jimi Ilori was fantastic. I was able to negotiate the deal over the phone and he ensured the car was ready and had all of the paperwork ready when we arrived at the dealership. Jimi s communication was excellent and we felt like he was a trustworthy salesperson. 10/10 would recommend Jimi.
2. Pricing: Gwinnett Place BMW had the best pricing on this particular X5 within 500 miles of Atlanta. It was roughly $5k below what we were seeing at other dealerships.

The negatives:
1. You get what you pay for. With such aggressive pricing, I imagine this dealership doesn t have the capital to keep up with their facilities the way other BMW dealerships do. The inside of the BMW dealership felt more like a sketchy used car dealership than a premium car buying experience. The facilities are outdated, are not comfortable and based on other BMW dealerships I ve been in, Gwinnett Place doesn t represent the BMW experience.
2. Despite our salesperson s best efforts, the car was not very clean when we arrived. It looked like it had been traded in the same day with drink stains on the seats, dust on the dashboard, and the outside had water marks on it from not being dried properly. After the test drive, our salesperson was willing to have the car detailed again and it looked considerably better, but still not the level of nearly new BMW we expected.
3. Finance took over 2.5 hours. With the COVID situation, we negotiated the deal, trade in, and financing all over the phone to minimize time at the dealership. We paid a deposit on the car to secure it and made an appointment hoping to be in and out of the dealership quickly. Jimi was quick to get us through his portion of the process, however, we waited over 2 hours for the finance department to see us. This is a huge area of opportunity for this dealership as we were almost at the point of walking away from the deal with how long finance took. Our finance guy was apologetic and worked quickly to get us through the process once we finally got into his office. They have an efficient, mostly electronic process that results in all of your paperwork coming on a thumb drive which is a nice feature in my opinion.
4. After getting through finance, we had to wonder back to the CPO lot in the dark to find our new car and transfer our belongings to the new car. Not a big deal we had to walk across the street, but just not what I would expect from a BMW dealership. My experience buying CPO BMWs from other dealerships has been top notch white glove service where they go out of their way to make sure you have a premium car buying experience. Again, maybe the lack of white glove treatment is due to COVID, but there is a certain level of service you come to expect from buying a BMW. Not that I needed a gift with the purchase of the car, but we weren t even given BMW keychains!

Overall, I would highly recommend you reach out to Jimi if you re looking for a CPO BMW. I would buy another car from him in the future. If you land at Gwinnett Place BMW, know that you will get very aggressive pricing, but will miss out on that premium car buying experience. This is my second CPO BMW purchase and my first from Global Imports was much more white glove service than Gwinnett. Perhaps their lack of white glove treatment right now is due to the COVID situation, but something to be aware of if you re looking for the true BMW experience.

Adrianna Gilman is the best service advisor that I ve ever had even outside of BMW .

She has been my service advisor for about eight years and always has kept me informed and always has my car ready on time.

She has always helped me even in serious situations and some minor.

I really appreciate her and the service department at Gwinnett BMW

Was thinking about a new X3. After planning and scheduling a 3 day recall on a X3 and a loaner it was disappointing to find out that a loaner was not available and a rental car would be arranged. This was the opportunity to test the new x3. After this experience with BMW Gwinnett (during a pandemic ) have decided to avoid BMW in future.

My rep, Rosemary, was very nice and knowledgeable. This was my first time at Gwinnett Place BMW and she was able to advise me on what service had been done and what needed to be done. I ended up needing more repairs than expected however we have an extended warranty to cover the cost. Rosemary handled the warranty process and filing of the claim so we did not have to do anything.

So I normally come to this location for service. My advisor is normally Jennifer she is super sweet and honest. Recently Syed was able to help me he was also super honest and sweet. Anyways, I end up trading my X3 in for an X5. I had the pleasure of working with Bobby. He was so amazing. Super kind hearted and did not push me to get anything. I received a pretty cool deal & he walked me through how to navigate through many of the functions of my new truck. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. I am a super picky person and BMW of Gwinnett Place has not let me down yet. Service is excellent, sales is excellent, the little lady that does loaner cars is excellent and the environment is excellent. The only thing I would recommend is for them to get some better snacks. (Hot Cheetos, Hot Popcorn) Thank you BMW of Gwinnett Place y all employees are amazing!

I recently purchased a 5 series with Joshua Munir. He was the best! I couldn t have asked for a better experience. For anyone looking to purchase a BMW, I would recommend BMW of Gwinnett Place and ask for Joshua. They will take good care of you without being too pushy.
