Very rude company! I kept having to call and try to make an appointment to get my stuff out of the car after 6 days they finally made one and when I drove and hour away to Sheffield and paid them 25$ to get my stuff they allready took it out of the car a lot of it was missing even the base to my daughters car seat
Horrible customer service, called to locate my car. Once I received an operator, Yasmin or Jessica, put me on hold without letting me know, in stead on transferring to the right department she gave me a different number just to make an appointment.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Husband worked there for 4 years had him running around doing everyone else's job and paid him hardly anything not enough to get by and also made him work during pandemic also stole $200 from his last check.
This company STOLE my gun out of the car. It is on their inventory list but cannot find it. Also, my Ray Ban glasses are missing. $2,000 worth of merchandise. Had to call the police and file a report. If they don t pony up with the insurance claim, we will have to take them to court. Sad sad sad.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The initial situation was caused by me, but when I payed the outstanding bill on my car, and it was released by the finance company, United operated by appointment only. The earliest appointment was over a week after the car was released. I am sure they are doing that just so they can soak you for hundreds of dollars more in storage fees. I cannot believe business practices like that are legal. They run a scam, and they soak people for a lot of money. Garbage company. I would give them zero stars, but you cannot post any reviews until you give at least one star. They got another freebie.
Great company to work for.. been there almost 6 years and couldn't see myself working for anyone else.. great pay great atmosphere the management is top notch.
I went here after their closing time because Google had the wrong times. I was greeted by a gentle and sympathetic worker who was about to close up. He listened to me, made several calls, and got me my car within the hour. I know many people might not have good experiences here but I did. My belongings were all accounted for, my car was in the same condition, and I was taken care of very well.
Followed me home and trapped me in my own driveway. I assume looking for previous homeowner's car. Driver stated they were looking for (previous homeowner's name) and refused to give any other info. Called the cops on him, and that's all the info I have. This is entrapment!
I'm in MO, why the heck are you operating outside of TN?
They damaged my vehicle while towing it. The window was broken, the door handle was broken and the sunglasses holder was ripped out of the ceiling. I filed a claim over a week ago and today, I received a "denial" because there was lack of evidence to prove they broke it. Here's your evidence!
