I went for the first time for technical assistance on an old MacBook Pro "locked" at this center, I found extremely courteous and kind staff, able to listen and provide the correct information in a simple and clear way, especially for those like me he is not prepared on the subject. Despite the holiday period, in 48 hours they solved the problem by giving me all the necessary instructions to avoid "blocking" it further. I highly recommend. Thanks and happy holidays to all.

I state that this evaluation does not refer to the quality of the work, as it is not carried out. Rather, it refers to the lack of professionalism and price ratio.

I went to this center under advice and encouraged by the good reviews. However, my experience was negative.

First of all, I believe that the request for 40 euros for the issuance of an estimate is out of place for problems that do not actually require evaluation. It would be more than correct to ask for it if it were necessary to disassemble a phone, a PC, or any device by making a thorough diagnosis, but if a screen is broken, and obviously that is the only problem, it must be replaced. What does the evaluation consist of? Open the PC and say "you go changed the screen"? I therefore find it incorrect and a simple practice to earn something anyway.

Furthermore, ignoring the rudeness of the secretary who answers the phone, who as soon as she is informed of the unaccepted estimate switches to a power arrogance mood, upon delivery of the device a precise price range is indicated and the next day a higher estimate of 100 euros arrives and passes with respect to the band communicated. Now, if you communicate a price range, the total must fall there, a minimum variation is acceptable .. but more than 100 euros no. Having pointed this out, the answer was: "the model of the device had to be evaluated, it was generic." I emphasize: there is a model of the device in question 1. But then what are we talking about? If you communicate a price range, that's it. Otherwise better not even communicate it. The generic in my house means that the total can be higher or lower in the indicated range.

Since I don't think that repairs are done once every 2 years, I believe that a correct cost range is well known by the store, especially as an Apple authorized center. So it would have been honest to say between 500 and 800 euros. Rather than raise to the downside to have a device dropped. How to go to the mechanic who informs you of a job for a generic total that varies between 300/400 euros and the next day he gives you 900 euros of estimate for the same job, without additional work.

In this way the customer is invited to leave the device and then find himself a disproportionate estimate compared to what was communicated and to have to pay the fee for the famous "evaluation", losing time and money. What then, of the 40 euros does not matter but the procedures are just incorrect. Obviously, knowing the correct band would not have left the device and therefore would not have earned anyway. Nice tactic.

After complaints, no response except that indicated .. until before accepting, I decide to check with other shops. 3 stores contacted and all of them offered half the amount you communicated. So 400 euros instead of 800. 3 shops !! And I specify that these are not non-original repairs. It is also specified that the estimates of the 3 shops were made immediately and without any added cost. Because as was evident there was nothing to evaluate. And it is evident that if the policy you have adopted is this (do not communicate the prices by telephone, but have a device brought and send a price proposal email and charge a fee in case of refusal) with the prices you proposed you have had different refusals in the past probably precisely because they are not aligned with the norm and this is the method devised to earn something on a quote that would probably be immediately rejected.

So, I invite you to be more honest with the customer, more education on the part of those who answer the phone and honesty with respect to costs.
