The staff is fine but the tv medion service is a catastrophe and we bring the tv to the service (spilled line screen on the screen) we give it the next day they call that the guarantee cannot be enforced because according to them, it was allegedly physically damaged fortunately we took the picture before was delivered to the service and we will claim insurance from ARAG so we can see who physically harmed the tv

The only service in Slovenia that has been able to arrange the replacement of the Thinkpad keyboard in normal time (2 days). Free under warranty. Well done and thanks.

One of the worst repair shops I've ever visited. People are friendly, but they do not provide any information. I waited for three weeks to repair the laptop, I finally saw that they had spent on repairing the 2uri - this included only reinstalling the operating system and the error reappeared shortly thereafter, but by then my warranty had already expired. If Lenovo continues to use the same authorized service facility, I will avoid purchasing their products.

Repairing my computer quickly and okay, I was only bothered by a receptionist who wasn't too friendly.
