I was a customer for over 15 years and finally I unsubscribed and switched to Skype. With Skype I pay for 1 year what I used to pay with Uniotel for 1 month for a very erratic service.
Very bad service, bad customer service, you have to call many times and they do not respond to emails. The service did not work many times and nobody would solve it for you, after making the claim by email there was no solution. I had to be calling my own lines daily to see if the call would come through. Then the collection sector by mistake of them charged many months together for not calling me on time and telling me that the payments were not coming in. Also my service was down, it was cut for months. Very bad management.
I want to clarify that this began to happen before the pandemic. Before the service was good.
