Friendly staff, they are patient and well trained. A phone call was enough to make the appointment, but they told me I had to receive a confirmation by e-mail, but it never came. I phoned 2 days before the appointment without success and still the same day of the appointment while I was going to their office. If I didn't insist they would have moved it to me. For that alone I don't give a 5 star rating.

A twenty minute walk from the station, you can also reach this place by metro in a few minutes. I do not recommend the taxi because of the traffic at certain times of the day, the rates can go up a lot.
