The worst insurance company I have dealt with in my 61 years. Their idea of customer service is a form letter saying you are cancelled after 6 weeks for not a good reason.

Made my first claim for water damage due to a well malfunction. Extremely difficult to get help. Was told multiple times it was not covered and that there was nothing they could do without even having anyone come and see the damage/what it was caused by. All in all the whole process took close to 4 months and covered maybe a quarter of the costs, checks never got sent out. Unorganized, lazy and greedy would not recomend. Will be switching companies soon.

This home insurance office is great I've been with them since 2009 I'm very happy there and they are helpful.

Buyer beware. This is not a decent insurance company. Claim to be a Vermont Company . They do not have Vermont values. Was loyal customer for 18 years. Dropped me after 4 claims in 4 years after I paid dearly for local. Two were minor fender benders, 1 was not the fault of my daughter. Disgraceful. Not ethical company.

This insurance company is very unprofessional. When I requested a quote for renters insurance last winter, I received a quote with an agent. I received the quote and reviewed it, then I paid the premium for the whole year. The agent never gave my policy number and I never got any mailings and emails from this insurance company. They only cared about the money and not their customers. They are not an accredited insurance company and steer clear of them if you're looking for any type of insurance.

2 claims in in 13 years at almost $5000/year and they drop you like a hot potato. I guess they are only in the business to make money and don t care about their customers. Stay away. Find someone else.

My policy was cancelled for no good reason. They use Roundhill Express Insurance to inspect the premises. Fred Harper, Inspector very rude and unprofessional. Upon complaining to the insurance Co. they dropped me. Do not use them, very unprofessional and unethical..

I was a good customer for 9 years, with only one minor claim and they just dropped me because the sweet dog I've had for 5 years already is 1/4 german shepherd. They had no interest in understanding the dog's actual nature or finding a solution or options for coverage.
