ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

Made a Police Report got them to take my Report. However, the cop that was attending me was being more of hindsight than a helper. I thought cops were suppose to help with problems not sit round and tell you what you were suppose to do. All I wanted was the Laundry to give me their Boss number so I can see who stole my clothes from the machine. Be a cop to help when the problem had happened.

Please hire dispatcher or operator who speaks English better. there was a fighting on the street in front of my building, so i called right away. But the woman from this branch repeatably responded "Hello, I don't understand,...i don't understand...can you speak Spanish?" OMG... really disappointed.
