I needed urgent care and I got it. The place is well structured and has good professionals. They solved my problem. What I think should improve is the waiting time. Even though I was the only one to be attended, I still waited a little. I had to go and do a forensic examination too, but it was quiet. I recommend going in the later hours, like, between 5pm and 7pm, which are the final hours for the forensics. On Saturday, the expertise only goes until 11:30.

I arrived and was attended to immediately, in less than 5 min the Doctor's assistant called me to the service room, I was attended to, guided and medicated by Dr. Pedro Marlon, he explained very well everything that was happening, indicated a good surgeon at city to do my extraction and advanced the request for the panoramic to save me time. Excellent, just compliments.

I ended up paying R $ 250.00 for a simple restoration, because the dentist almost thought I had a plan, because if he had, he would only do a bandage and send me to find another professional to do the complete restoration, which he ended up doing. He said that place was for a "simpler, for people coming from the inside" plan. I was under the impression that this clinic is leading uninformed people to deception.

I was attended to quickly in the emergency ... Follow the rules of protection for covid-19, the patients only need to cooperate ... Because in the waiting room, people are not quiet.

The service at the reception is excellent, but the dentists' service is not good, the two times I had to go there the same weekend, I went and returned with pain, they do not investigate the problem in depth, so palliative, very BAD, I do not recommend this plan.
