I m a prior military veteran and I've worked for this company for over four years while I've been acquiring my bachelors. I worked for two different accounts and became a supervisor after a couple of years. The pros are the guaranteed full-time hours, medical insurance, easy work, paid holidays, and the possibility for limited advancement. The cons are that it is low pay and management needs to do a better job of weeding out apathetic employees. If you re looking for a job while you re going to college or waiting to start your career in another field, then Uni-guard is a good company to work for. If you want to make lots of money and promote high within a company, then this job is not for you. I ve worked for several security companies, and this is the best one out of my previous security employers. Now that I'm done with my college degree, I will be procuring my actual career, but Uni-guard was a decent company to work for in the pursuit of my true goal.
