Best described as "chop shop" by another consultant. Learnt this the hard way... when my client project ended, I was asked to leave in just two weeks. They did not honor my accrued vacation days, which was purged without option to encash or utilize.
Advice to this company is that they invest in quality and experienced employees. Do not hire and fire. Do not promise more at time of hiring, just to get your employees into the door.
These guys have an electric energy, fun office environment, and do amazing work.

This is a choose your own adventure company, that puts its consultants in the driver seat. For me, it was both intimidating and empowering to be around so man Top-Tier consultants.
