UNICEF is a great organization but I am extremely unimpressed with the way UNICEF Canada manages monthly donors. I have been providing a modest monthly donation for years and have recently changed some banking details. I called UNICEF to inform them of the change and they asked for my new information, which I provided, repeatedly. So you can understand my shock when I see that my old account has been overdrawn by UNICEF, again and I have to pay overdraft fees. Thanks UNICEF, you just lost a regular donor.

Donation procedure is not clear up front. The slow realization
you can only contribute fixed amount on a monthly basis comes
at end of presentation after you give a page of personal info.
I felt tricked. I know it's a worthy cause, but I don't want to be
tricked into giving.

The world is too tricky and UNICEF is too worthy to be part of it.

Each year I organize our Christmas donation gift for our companies' partners. We are a small company, but I see each year the Big hearts and kindness of our family and this year was our biggest donation to date. Each year we donate to a charity and this year I chose Unicef Canada. Unicef has been helping people all over the world for decades and I knew our donation would help others.

Those guys are crazy. they charge your credit card multiple times in couple weeks. Think it agian before you give your information.
