Poor service, for a bunch of little things a commission is paid, the employees are a lot of them slow as they want, first they will do a service and then they announce that they are crying. There is no 24h contact center when the mobile application does not work, call someone from providing extremely cheeky. He said "and I'm right now, call me tomorrow at 8". Uzas. Disaster from the "bank".

Branch in GTC, a striking place in the very center, a place with 8 counters, only two with employees, one of whom confuses another job, and only the other works with clients. They need 15-20 minutes to serve 1 client. There are currently 5 others waiting. So the 5th poor client will be served after 1 hour. Misery of service.
Not to mention that in the bank I am for opening an e-bank account and this is the second time since the first time they told me that something went wrong, so I will have to come again today.

Catastrophic failure of an "institution", in order...

Catastrophic failure of an "institution", in order to close an account you MUST deposit 1000 MKD to see if there are any (to quote the employee) "hidden expenses". Then if you want to get a written document that you dont have any accounts with the bank and you dont owe anything to the bank you have to pay a fee and write a request on a piece of paper, then you are ping ponged for more than a month and no one knows where that document ended up... Simply failure...
