UND housing is a joke. I suggest anything but UND housing if you plan on attending UND. People always say they want to get out ASAP, and now I see why. On top of this, I think the only reason housing is still a thing is because foreigners HAVE to stay on campus and work on campus, thus on campus is primarily only foreigners. Nothing wrong with that, but it just goes to show how they stay in business. UND housing charges an astronomical price for lousy internet, lousy cable TV, and very old and out dated places to stay. The RMs have no care to help, as they only have their job for cheaper rent. I have called on numerous topics to either a mediocre assurance to correct the problemthat ends in a broken agreement or else an ignored phone call altogether. UND housing will also not helpful at all, and they do a poor job at attending to your needs. They don t even let you view your place before you sign the contract. That goes to show they are hiding their properties for a reason, because they make sure you are stuck in the lease before you see your place. I can say one thing, if I would have seen it beforehand, I would have laughed and walked out of the place. I suggest looking for an off campus apartment or anything non affiliated with UND housing. Now I am staying in off campus housing and it is a ton better, rent is the same price as before, but atleast this time I get what I pay for. Just do yourselves a favor, stay out of UND housing at all costs. The only one nice thing I have to say, is the location, it is walking distance to most classes. Ted
