Fantastic, friendly, and professional staff. All of the RN's, MD's and Surgeons and support staff we met made our experience more hopeful, peaceful and humane.

It was a very very long wait time but it was all worth it when they finally take you to your room and the doctors and nurses treat you so well and get you feeling better and take good care of you.!!!!!!

Wonderful staffing. The best you could ever expect. Horribly overcrowded but handled all situations with the best care possible

Rashighi Firoozabadi s office had me waiting in the room for 30 minutes. Never said anything to me. They forgot to flag the door saying I was in the room. Hem because I missed my appointment they wanted me to reschedule for weeks out!
I would never go see him ever, his office staff are awful.

My father who has dementia was brought into the ER on Sunday 08/08/21. His nurse Jesse was very attentive, kind and informative.
Benjamin and Louisa were exceptional. They cared for my father, talking and entertaining him.
I would also like to mention the folks that work out in the lobby, the receptionist and security. They were organized, patient and caring.

Was just a visitor, but this hospital seems to be extremely well run and high quality.

Too bad because I was waiting for 6 hours with my daughter and she was not answered. I m so disappointed

Not great. Would give Zero Stars if I could. Most folks were incredibly unkind & inhospitable.

Level of care, excellent!!!
Quality of meals, restaurant quality although portion size on the small side(health oriented) they had a shredded pork dish that was moist delicious and surprisingly tender. I wanted seconds!

Very grateful with all the Doctors and nurses. They took good care of me!
