Ultra Pro makes garbage products.... bought the new 480 card slot binder thinking it would hold an entire block of MTG cards... I couldn't even sleeve half of BFZ before the binder was too thick to even close.
HANDS DOWN THIS COMPANY PUTS ZERO THOUGHT INTO QUALITY CONTROL ...
Horrible service and Sales and their products do not work well together like other accessory companies such as Ultimate Guard! Ultimate Guard products are synergistic with each other, are functional and look GREAT, unlike Ultra Pro's.
Complained online about damaged product. They never responded.
Best accessories company, hands down. I've been loving Ultra Pro since the 1980's. I love all of their stuff and the one time that I had an issue -- customer service helped me out right away #customerforlife
Worked in sales department for two years. Fired abruptly without notice during coronavirus after being furloughed for months. Terrible place to work with extremely abusive management. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Do not believe their false social media campaigns, they do not care about their workers or any causes, just what lines their pockets.
