REALLY BAD service, rude so called technician budhi, and the so called boss Chandana won t even answer the calls or messages.
Again, very disappointed.if I could give 0 stars I would.

Reply- the reason for getting this system is so that I can monitor remotely, how do you expect me to not have this option for 2-3days? I explained that I have very expensive product in Coldroom s and I MUST monitor regularly. In that case you must have standby units. It s not fair to do this. Especially since I am a long standing customer of yours. All I want is for the product I purchased from you to work. That s it.
