The ultimate defense academy/roots BJJ/hapkido UDA is a professionally run dojo by Robert Naumoski a 3rd degree black belt in BJJ and Zak angelevski a 4th Dan black belt in hapkido and a first degree black belt in BJJ. My son and I both participate in BJJ and hapkido at UDA. from the moment we walked through the door both of us with no experience what so ever we felt a part of the family from the get go, not only are you trained by some of the best martial artists going around, you are trained by some of the most humble martial artists on and off the mats. Wether you are an experienced martial artist or just a beginner you are welcomed with open arms and that is what is so beautiful about UDA rockdale. Great gym. Have been training there for a while and would call it almost like a family. The coaches are very knowledgable and their is a range of belts so there is always the perfect training partner.
I ve been training at this school as a guest for over 14 years. Great culture and people. The instructors are very talented. Love the atmosphere.
