I recently used a taxi service for my airport transfer, and my experience was not ideal. 🚖 The booking process was straightforward, but the vehicle that arrived was not in the best condition. It was cramped, and the ride felt less comfortable than expected.

Additionally, the driver didn't seem very familiar with the route, leading to unnecessary delays. 🕒 Communication was lacking, as I found it difficult to reach customer service when I had questions about my booking.
