Working with a general contractor can be a stressful experience, but UIP General Contracting, Inc. made the process easy and enjoyable. They took care of every detail, from planning to execution, and delivered exceptional results. I would definitely hire them again for my future projects.
The absolute god awful worst. They were the general contractor for our condo, and it was 9 months late (from the time they said it was 6 weeks until move-in), and has a laundry list of construction defects that we have been fighting for over two years. They are virtually impossible to get in contact with to have them come fix anything, and when they actually do, there is a 75% chance it's done wrong and will need them to come out again. 26 months in and people are still dealing with pervasive water leaks throughout the entire complex, as well as a host of smaller issues.
Avoid at all costs.
