Okay seriously the best cardiologist in that whole department in Ui is Nourrrrr she s so understanding so passionate so young & sweeeeeet she is literally the best doc I ve met! Omg we need more like her
I gave birth in uic hospital 6 days ago and it was a great experience. Compare to my first pregnancy in another hospital.
In uic the nurses were great checking on me a lot if I needed something ,checking my vitals .
Everyone was great .I had a great labor !
They gave me everything I needed to recover without me asking or begging like I did in the other hospital.
From time I arrived I should say the staff and the specialists was all astounding they were only kind from the trauma center and however out my visit in the emergency clinic so seventh floor east advance down you folks ROCK!!!!!! Basically the Best Thank you !!!!
Customers service is horrible they couldn't connect call or find patent asking for personal information birthday and social security. Keep connecting me then call would hand up.
Small wonder this hospital has low rating.
I just had to hang up.
Hopefully the patient survives her stay there.
From time I got there I must say the staff and the doctors was all amazing they were nothing but kind from the emergency room and though out my stay in the hospital so with that being said 7th floor east step down you guys ROCK!!!!!! Simply the Best Thank you !!!!
Ui health hospital is the place to go they have some of the best doctor who take care of their patients.
The emergency building staff is the worst ever. I had a broken bone and I went there at 12:20am I wan not treated until 6:30am. They put me in a room and no one came to attend me. The staff was cold and arrogant. It was so unwelcoming. This should not even be your last option.
Been waiting for 5 hours in the emergency room to see a doctor, and yet still nothing. The staff is the most disrespectful individuals I meet. They show no concern with questions of the patients and very unprofessional. Avoid this place if possible. Would give no stars if I could.
This Hospital Is Horrible. I'm very sad to say this hospital treats people like filthy animals. They glare you down they yell at you because your their for help. It's sad I seen kids walk their kids out after waiting 5 hours an not being seen. I have never ever seen such disgust in a Hospital .
