UHS Wilson Medical Center Review

Poor service... waited over 2 hours to see a doctor, on what was originally a medical emergency. It was only when I threatened to leave that they even gave me a room. Do yourself a favor and use Lourdes hospital instead. It's a much nicer facility, where the doctors and nurses in the ER are more attentive to their patients'needs

Usually very busy and crowded. Some long wait times but professional and respected staff.

Terrible place, people are abandoned for hours and hours.

Poor service cocky staff waiting for 4 hours people have been called back that arrived after us mean while we sit

The RNs were very nice but it felt like I waited a very long time for any doctors to talk to me and for any MRI or CT scans to be done. I wasn't really told what to do with my crutches or brace, it was also confusing checking out. But like I said the nurses were very nice, I just wish things were more clear where I was in the ER.

I want to first thank our heavenly father our creator our provider and our lord and savior Jesus Christ for the wonderful team such as the doctors nurse's and even the receptionist for the opportunity to be seen doing my pregnancy a big thank you to the prenatal center followed by the birthing center Wilson is one of the best hospitals I have been to the experience was amazing I like the fact how every one works together and how every one is compassionate and polite and caring to not only to the patience you all care for but each other but I want to give a big thank you for my doctor who cared for me during my pregnancy and who also delivered my baby safe doctor kassis iskandar llyas job well done and also to his incredible team may god bless you all

Things went very well and was in and out in no time. A very nice staff you have there. It was nice to go to a hospital that knows what they are doing.

Typical ER quality but by far the worst I've been at. I didn't even need an exam I was sent there with orders from urgent care for a CT for a possible spleen rupture. I sat in the waiting room in pain for 3 hours before asking how much longer it would be and they said there was at least three patients still ahead of me. As soon as I asked for the A. M. A papers without seeing any physician they quickly gave it to me and told me to have a good night. All I needed was a CT and a doctor to look at the CT to tell me I wasn't going to die. I also watched two nurses braid their hair while patients were vomiting. I chose the chance of internal bleeding over spending the entire night there in that waiting room. Just go to a different hospital.

Its ashame how one of my friends really was at the point where she had enough of being an addict and decided to go to this hospital were they treated her like if she was a monster they put everyone in the waiting room above her and they would not help her at all basically have her low mg clonadines and told her to deal with her very bad symptoms for a full week thats like telling them to just go back to there old habits, if someone is trying there best to change there life then help them as much as you can and dont be greedy and just do a simple check up just to make money in your pocket. I see it as if a person gets to the point were they actually go to the hospital for help witch is always the last option then why not help them everyone does not have an easy life and just because she was an addict dosent mean she is not a human being and it should not take to tell them your thinking of suicidal thoughts just to get some type of effort in help. The way how it looks is if your there for little things theyll help you but sonething complicated and theyll transfer you to another hospital that will actually do there job its sad to be honest how this world is turning out

El Kassis' OBGYN office was awful. Labor and delivery was awful and the anesthesiologist was late and messed up my back. Maternity ward didn't help me with baby's latch while breastfeeding, causing me harm. Will never go again.

Too bad.. No idea with the people here.. The nurses. Like devils.. The doctor too crazy too slow like they don't care about hurt people

The best incentive for maintaining good health is a visit to Wilson Hospital.

They take 4ever to help their Patients out it s like it s Call ER supposed to hurry up and do it quick omg like I have no other little one to go to o and their was only 2ppl at ER

besides the fact that my doctor really isn't much help medically. I had an insurance problem and let the billing department know about this problem. Went to call about my bill and it was sent to collections. the women's response from billing was that we should have let them know...... I did three times especially after i found out they had never even billed my second insurance. Canceled all my appointments and will be going to another hospital.

I was a patient at Wilson recently, I was admitted with severe pneumonia. My hat goes off to the physicians and nurses. I would like to commend Dr Kumar and the nurses..specifically Whitney, Brittany, Ieshsa, and Tobi. All the nurses were great and I wish I could remember all their names so I could commend them as well, they were all fantastic. Thank you for all your care.

Nurses screamed at a secretary for her assisting my mother in making it to the bathroom after she repeatedly pressed the call button and got no reply. My mother tried to go on her own because she really had to go and she fell so the secretary helped and got yelled at for it!

In a time where NO family at all is allowed with a patient it would be nice if someone was designated to give families updates on the family member so we don't have to wonder because they aren't able to relay that information.

Doctor zevan and rn dorene really treated me with compassion and were the best physicians I ve had in a long time instead of treating me like a number they explained to me what was going on and took the time to listen to any concerns I had without making me feel like I was hassling them. Thank you

Worse service ever! It took 3 1/2 hours to be told there was a sprain and when I asked how long it would take for my grandma to be discharged the doctor gave me a dirty look and said "seriously.?" Like yes. It should not have taken 3 1/2 hours as it is!!

Too 9hr to get my turn. Stuff in the front desk was rude , very rude with elderly who were alone . Taking everything personal. After 9hrs checked by a nurse and took more 2 hrs to get me in for CT SCAN but no doctor to check what s going on with my stomach so they had to send my report to some company but then also they could not figure it out . Please make sure it does not happen to you. Stuff needs to be polite.

I've waited Nearly. 4 hours in the waiting room, started noticing the people who came in after me were getting helped first.. My 2 year old infection could of been spreading or something but they wouldn't know.. I really think they're racist.. why am I the only one still waiting and the only black on here might I add!!! Very disappointed and will Never come back again !!

Been here in the ER since 2:40 it's now 5:40 came in with a friend who was having chest pains UN BELIEVABLE haven't spoken to a Dr. yet. but, they have have done several exams

Dr.'s office sends our 1yr old straight to the ER. You would think that a baby with extremely labored breathing would be taken right in. Nope. Sitting in the waiting room for the last 5 hrs and nobody know how much longer before he's even taken in. Meanwhile the baby is getting worse. Not ever coming here again.

The Maternity Ward at Wilson is absolutely great! I had an amazing birth. Labor & Delivery staff were all so sweet. My nurse in the delivery room was so great and really helped me be as comfortable as I could. Dr. Hasmik Stepanyan delivered my baby and she did so good. Once I was brought into maternity they took great care of me and my baby. They were in atleast every hour to make sure I didn't need anything. If I did need anything it would be done instantly. My overnight nurse was my favorite. They kept my husbands mind at ease explaining how his new little baby and myself were okay. My overall experience was so memorable. I couldn't wish for something better. Thank you all that was part of my experience.

Worst experience I've ever had. Terrible customer service, most staff have terrible attitudes and extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor.. Please expect better service from a healthcare provider
