Very nice mall. There's a spa and a nice food court as well as really nice restaurants. Plenty of bands to choose from.

Lost my cellphone here at Foods court basement level; my careless mistake of turning back on for 60 seconds for buying coffee when only 10 feet away -- they are watching us we just don't see them coming fast n quiet you better watch out:-0

A huge mall filled with almost everything you'd ever need! On top of that, the four-story Bloomingdale's is definitely a nice place to check out!

Has a ton of shops. Clean. Kind of difficult to find bathrooms.

Many different brands but in the beginning the orientation is not so easy when you get it, it is not difficult to get from A to B even with a high number of visitors.

For full disclosure, I'm not a fan of large malls in general, to put it euphemistically. So a three-star rating for the main San Francisco mall shouldn't be considered as an indication of anything especially wrong with it. However, I do find navigating through the Westfield quite frustrating and confusing, even after years of occasional visits. Elevators aren't easy to find, some of the escalators are positioned in a way that forces you to walk in circle in order to gain a level. The food court feels quite crammed, although it does offer decent choices. Perhaps the main advantage is the location, right in the center of the city, and easy access by Muni Metro and Bart

Massive shopping centre, loads of shops (if anything too much haha) and great layout!

A smallish shopping center, not a lot centered on those with young kids in terms of stores.

It does a have a great food court.

This is a very beautiful mall with a food court that has a fairly broad selection of food. It's difficult to find specific stores sometimes, and the maps are randomly strewn around the mall. If you're in Nordstrom, the elevators will likely keep you within Nordstrom. It's a trap!

The escalators are pretty slow, and you need to walk around to the opposite side to continue going up or down. Clothing selection at the stores is a coin flip, but it's not bad for SF! It's not nearly as awesome as Valley Fair/Santana Row, but it'll do!

Food court and the rest of the mall is pretty much deserted during this pandemic. But rest assured, it'll bounce back once majority of the population is vaccinated.

Huge shopping mall. Im not a huge support myself, so I get tuckered out pretty easily when I go shopping there. It's right in the heart of union square so there is always a lot of crowds and foot traffic. I never try to take my car because it is $$$

Comfy Theaters, Loads of stores... Nice food court, bathrooms... valuable when freshly off BART... which has 2 entrances to the mall.

The Westfield San Francisco Centre is efficient, yet also high quality shopping. It outdoes shopping malls, Walmart shoppers, etc...

Humongous shopping centre, with a great food concourse. Lots of variety. Tried the Korean BBQ as it had the biggest queue, which did not disappoint.

Was here for the food court, choices were a little uninspiring and quality of the Korean food was meh

This one is pretty nice. For all the ladies out there,The Bloomingdale's junior department has some fantastic bargains! The prices are incredibly low and the quality is pretty good.

Go to the food court on the lower level for cheap eats near the Moscone Center.

Beautiful mall! There are a lot of nice shops. It was a bit confusing navigating the entrance at first ( I had to go through Bloomingdales, take the elevator to the higher level and exit to the mall). All stores I want into were following COVID-19 protocols.

Upscale mall with great food and shopping. Also unique in that it has 5 floors.

All of the leading stores at one place. Great tourist spot. Beutiful buildings views. Feels like a corporate hub near by...but it's the place where everyone should go. And enjoy man!!!!
