Great food court at the bottom. Sign age is extremely confusing and one can easily egt lost finding a specific shop. Always a good idea to ask vendors where certain shops are. Vans store and lobster roll are the highlights

It is worthwhile to visit the full store, the underground food court and the spacious store.
The escalators that draw curves are worth a look. I think the three-dimensional space from the entrance is a wonderful thing as an architecture.

One of my favorite Malls. Great selection of shopping options, very nice food court with diverse choices. Always go to the Nordstrom Cafe, they have an outstanding menu selection with a veteran staff for great drinks or food suggestions.

This place has some very interesting shops and eats. I like that they have a little of everything from fashion to convenience. So you can buy everything from the latest styles to drug store essentials like vitamins. I really liked, Ghirardelli, Lobster Me (everything lobster) and the cream puff place. Very unique.

The architecture is AMAZING. I reccomnend you come here to just walk around and see the work of the architect. Unfortunately, this mall has clothing stores and not much else. The clothes themselves aren't bad, just a little variety would be nice.

Where do you shop when you're in the city? Here, they literally have something for everyone at every price point. Something inexpensive? They got it. Something moderately priced? They heave that too. Something over The top extravagant? They got you covered. From old navy to Rolex they truly have something for everyone.

General quality is going downhill: merchants are closing and being replaced with high-pressure stores that are better off being kiosks. The facility itself isn't in great shape any longer, either.

I love this mall so much! I never had a mall with so man stores in it, plus with so many nice people! No one can be upset coming here. The food court is a bit pricey but always delish. You can get lost easily but it's always an adventure! I always love coming and I always leave with something in my hand!

enough for me to not want to return. If you take the BART or use a driving service, fine, but don't drive yourself and park. There's only parking validation if you use valet. If not, you have to spend $1000 in Bloomingdale's or be a black card member or something.

Lots of stores but some areas have narrow doors and not stroller friendly. I doubt some wheelchairs will fit.

I rate this a 2 because there weren't many stores that had items I'd buy. I was disappointed.

Good selection of chain stores ranging from food to clothing to kitchenware. While the clothing stores resemble what you'd see in most malls across the country, the layout is conducive to being able to run a quick errand.

The food court downstairs is good for people who are looking for plant based / vegan food; Loving Hut and Pressed Juicery provide nice options and, most restaurants use reusable plates and flatware.

Public transport is recommended (there's a MUNI and BART station within the building itself) but if you need to drive, there's a parking garage across the street on Mission.

Beautiful, historic architecture inside the mall. The amount of stores is a bit overwhelming, and it is typically crowded. You can find almost any store you want in the mall (no See's chocolate though). The food court has a very large selection of choices. Parking across the street can get expensive. I like to take out of town visitors here to take pictures. The dome is super impressive.

Name accurate. It is a mall. I go here for lots of shops; Nordstrom, Lululemon, Boss. The food court has stuff but I try not to eat there since I always eat too much. Not everyone would so maybe just go anyway. You get it.

Not much the choice of food & drink, compared to the US standard that generally provides a greater choice.
Large spaces, lots of light. Well organized parking.
