Empty on a weekday afternoon, weird. Guess that's due to it being just yards from the worse homelessness situation I've ever witnessed in western society - many of them mentally ill or off their heads on drugs. Very off putting.

In town for a conference and needed quick stuff. The price was surprisingly affordable!!

Clean mall with lots of stores that's easy to find your way around. Also very accessible since the BART station is right underneath.

The westfield terrace. Get in the elevator but do not forget your ID card at the entrance! And the security guard will guide you to get there. The top view is too beautiful. No toilet. Just you and the view. POPOS Unknown tourists .....

You can find just about anything at this mall from food to clothing to movoe theatre

Great place to hang out and chill whether in a group or alone, plenty of seating, complimentary mall wifi and security is placed well.

A great shopping complex in central San Francisco. Conveniently located above the train station, it has a good selection of stores and food eateries. It is modern and clean and an enjoyable place to browse a range of stores. It is also close to Union Square and the related vicinity where you will find Macy's, Chinatown, Apple, LV, and North Face. Quite the shoppers' dream this region. Take your girlfriend.

it's a mall. the food court is expensive, but kind of awesome.

Wow large mall lots of stuff. Get off the BART and walk straight into the Mall

I am going to the basement to had lunch...and of course, you have a lot of options. A lot s food..but my favorite is the Brazilian! Black beans , banana, and roast meet..!!!!mmmm so good.

The more they expand, the better it gets. The food isn't good but it's in the middle of the city so that's not a problem.

This is a nice mall, though it's generally pretty crowded and a bit tricky to navigate. I love that it has a muni station right beneath it. The food court is also top notch. It also has a movie theater, walgreens, nordstrom, bloomingdales and anything else you could want.

My biggest complaint is that it can be difficult to get between the floors as escalators can be in odd locations. Also when you're just trying to get downtown you can get turned around trying to navigate your way to the right street exits.

I love any westfield in the U.S. enough number of shops and many of them provide some percent discount. Good restaurants are near each gate. Spacy parking lots.

Love this Mall lots of nice shops you cant not find what you need here! It has a great very nice Theater that has high quality service and it s just a all around wonderful place if your looking for a good mall in downtown SF!

the westfield mall s amazing place to shop. with marble floors, golden esclators and a 100 year old 102 feet wide dome with dining options underneeth it! its my favroite place to shop!

Lots of choices for food and drinks. Mostly high end designer and fashion shops.

Great location on Market Street, and some decent stores such as H&M, Zara, Banana Republic, but the vibe in this mall is just not that exciting.

Clean mall clean restrooms if your downtown SF use only Bloomingdales restrooms or Nordstroms

This is a nice higher end mall located smack in the middle of downtown San Francisco. The open dining is nice. They need to revamp the upstairs restaurants. The stores are the same chain stores everywhere.

Food court downstairs is convenient (chipotle, panda express, jamba juice)

Tourist trap for real. If you can't find what you are NOT looking for you just don't know how to shop. :-)

as far as malls go, this is one of the best. it is located on Market and has three entrances, front, side on 5th, and rear on Mission through Bloomingdales. Inside you will find a large assortment of stores and a pretty good food court area More

I love it, it's a pretty square with all the recommended stores, cinemas, restaurants and much more

Great shopping center, tons of options, a dizzying array of levels and stores, good food court. The only issue is beyond the control of Westfield, but the Union Square area is just disgusting. Homeless everywhere, horrible smells, etc. I'd love to go shopping next time I'm there but I won't go to Union Square in order to do so.

This Westfiled mall is unsuprisingly wonderful. The interior is completely beautiful--the overall layout is very unique, and the spirling escalators are defintiely a sight to see. It has any store you could possibly want. For myself, it was definitley a welcoming sight to see after being outside of a city for quite some time. If anything, I would say the staff is a little cold, as no one ever approched me to see if I needed any assitance.

Huge mall, lots of store and some are big (e.g. Bloomingdale's). Only issue is that it closes too early...

Great Mall. A little tricky to get around but good stores and an excellent cinema.

Unorganized mostly fast good courts. Hard to find the store u r looking for.

Large shopping center in the heart of SF. It's very big, be careful not to get lost;)

I have a pregnant person at my work place that like pretzels. So I go to the pretzel store everyday to get her pretzel.

He says it closes at 8:30 and 8 o'clock closes everything. The bathrooms close 7:30. Disaster. It has good brands but the experience is disastrous

The security is atrocious, I went in with a small backpack, shown below, and told homeless people are unwelcome at this establishment. Is this how customer service works now? You can take my money AND call me filth? I'll stick with Walmart thanks

Your one-stop-shop in San Francisco! The food court is pretty sweet as well.

I work there, it's a great place. Everything you expect including a theater.. all day fun.

Nice shopping mall with lots of shopping and dining places nearby.

The try at gourmet food is a nice change from most malls. Random food posts detached from the food court though. Awesome selection for shopping, and well kept facilities. Lots of entrances and something for everyone.

Great shopping mall with lots of varieties. Went here to buy a surface laptop. Quite a good experience. Good place to hang out with lot of shopping and eating options.

Being born and raised in sf I can say 1st hand the front street entrance is not the number 1 area for crime. My daughter and I come here for shopping but usually end up eating at the food court or grabbing yogurt. Love this place and I really still miss it being the Emporium shopping center. Wow I'M OLD

Big ol mall! Lots of great shops! I m from a smaller area so having all that in one is very nice/ indoors is cool Bc it s closer together

Meh..... Your typical semi posh mall... Once you enter, you won't know whether you're in Aventura, San Francisco, Columbus, or Baltimore, ... It does have a very good Bloomingdale's with a beautiful Selection and great service, however. If you want to shop at Bloomies, go here
