Third class entity, does not provide professional service at all.
1. I have raise a complaint against Emirates NBD bank and CBUAE has opened a case.
2.Since due to long processing time being taken by ENBD and the request is going to breach, CBUAE requested me if they can close it and if ENBD did not provide a proper solution then I can reopen (I confirmed this).
3. Now I called for 4 times from 8th April 2021 until 19th April 2021 to reopen my case and they keep saying CBUAE is working on your request and will reopen your request soon. Is it logical? CBUAE itself follow wrong practice, then how can somebody believe that CBUAE will resolve their bank's case?
CBUAE management should rethink of their customer service guidelines and practice.
