Al Bateenah Restaurant is the top of sophistication and magnificence

I went there Just for Shooting in the club so my review will be mainly on the landscape the scenes and the shooting club not the rest
the place is well landscaped beautiful gardens water fountains a big jet almost full scaled at the main entrance. the club is very nice well ordered and most important very safe since you are dealing with guns there so even though you have an experience in shooting you still need to have a briefing and small practice with one of the trainers before heading to the shooting lane a joyful experience and a very nice place

Good complex for indoor basketball (court available for rent) and kids gymnasium (trainers are really good and qualified)

The place of Jameel offers a very comfortable all-round

I like this hotel, it's really very old, but when u go inside it's like new and still shine from inside, the food and service was excellent, it's very clean also, recommended for families, groups and tourist.
For sure will visit again.

Is a hotel, a club for officers and a miniature museum that has not changed since it was opened in 1997 with many activities such as bowling, an Olympic swimming pool and a shooting field

Great hotel with very high class services and facilities

A little bit of luxury but it was far from the main beaches, located real close to the grand mosque but even then, you need a taxi to get you across busy roads.

The place is beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful.However ladies gym staff should have a better training .
The food in Ramadan Iftar is delicious.

An absolutely gorgeous Club...from the sweeping staircases as you enter to the white-gloved servers, this is an absolutely fantastic venue. The food was outstanding...I don't know about pricing as I was there for a VIP luncheon.

Great Location, good restaurants, comfortable rooms, great staff and lot of amenities

Everything is good honestly, the only problem is the concierge... They don't come out to you in a timely manner when you're checking in or got to the hotel in general.

Gym and spa are segregated.

A suitable place for families, where excellent facilities are available for all family members (swimming pool - was under maintenance at this time and we were not informed / children s corner - contains electronic games, games area / bowling center - contains four lanes / shooting center)

A complaint about some of the reviews. Where we encountered a problem because the hotel management placed a set of chairs at the end of the corridor of each floor, which led to the gathering of some guests until as late as two in the morning and the presence of severe and great disturbance, which led to our inability to sleep even though the hotel had been contacted, but we did not find any solution from Before them

The prices are good but the room system needs renovation and the lighting is weak inside the rooms

Very nice and comfortable location for arranging Iftar, function any kind of programs, its having vast parking land with biggest hall for morethan thousands of guests, visited one time for my company Iftar in 2018

Hotel has a great location ... but the furniture needs to be renovated

First off all, I would like to thank all the staff in different roles: reservation, reception, house keeping, security, restaurant & management for their professionalism, kindness & hospitality.
Actually in the begining when I came with my family & I saw some constructions going on, I decided to shorten my stay to 1 or 2 days maximum, but with

all the hospitality, kindness & care I received, specially from Mr. Prince who, with his usual smile & positivity, made me change my decision from 2 days to 6 days.
I would like also to thank Mr. Aztaj, who took time to look after all the guests happiness along with Mr. Prince.
It's really nice to see like those great managers leading those kind staff for the happiness of their guests.
For sure, I will come again & again with my family to this great place and I will highly recommend to my relatives, friends & colleagues to injoy this excellent experience like I did.

Club is considered one of the best clubs and hotels in the country

Good and very nice for workout gym activities and nice in other facilities

Great experience, but due to construction works we missed a lot of funs

Currently undergoing a major refurbish. Staff were great.

The hotel facilities are very nice but the rooms and bathroom are very bad
