The balcony door lock is totally inappropriate for children.
Room and bathroom supplies are incomplete.
The hotel and club facilities are shrinking (children s village, outdoor and sports games), either down or not working.

What did the hotel get five stars for?

The place is pretty huge and spacious. One will take some time to understand where to park the vehicle and then the direction to get in. However the place is pretty good and well maintained.

The best gym in Abu Dhabi I believe totally worth your money yes some parts of it are not like fancy (hotel gym) but big enough always someone cleaning the equipments open from 4:30am to 10:30pm most or week , suna and bathrooms with showers

No disabled facilities at all. Do not have a bedroom adapted for a disabled person. No showers for anyone with access problems into a bath. Not acceptable for older people.

One of the best fitness club. The only issue is car parking for people who are only coming for the gym. Most of the parking their is for the hotel residents.
