The customer service was decent, they responded to my query within a reasonable time frame. However, the shipping was a bit slow, I had to wait longer than I expected for my order to arrive. Overall, the company is average at best. They have room for improvement in terms of website design and variety of products. I might consider trying them again but only if I can't find what I need elsewhere.
