The shopping experience on their website was just 🤷‍♀️. It seemed a bit outdated and could definitely use some improvements. The layout was confusing and not very user-friendly. It took me a while to find the products I was looking for. The variety of products offered was average, nothing exceptional. The prices were okay, but I've seen similar items for cheaper elsewhere. The customer service was decent, they responded to my query within a reasonable time frame. However, the shipping was a bit slow, I had to wait longer than I expected for my order to arrive. Overall, the company is average at best. They have room for improvement in terms of website design and variety of products. I might consider trying them again but only if I can't find what I need elsewhere.
