Due to anxiety issue I thought once again I was going to be ignored but that wasn't the case. Thank you for following through. It is extremely hard for disabled veterans to get mental health support. Real help! When you have been harmed intentionally too many times it is hard to believe in positive outcome. But I'm willing to try.

During times of uncertainty it is always wonderful to have an Organization committed to assisting Veterans and their families. Jennifer Lynn Delatte at US Vets in Los Angeles is a True Example of what this organization represents. Jennifer has gone above and beyond to assure that services were available, referrals were provided and job leads were plentiful throughout my search for employment. Jennifer exhibits consistency and remained committed and focused until I successfully secured a sustainable position. I can not say enough great things about Jennifer and US Vets. I am Thankful for this organization and will always sing its praises to anyone seeking the services that they provide.

US Vets has help me in so many ways I can not list them all but here is a few: Resume Writing, Interview Training, Job Referrals Mock interviewing, Cheering me on, have me trained as a vet peer, the lists goes on. The team here can not be matched as they are a passionate team of caring people who are trying to better our community and help our veterans be the best versions of themselves. I salute them!!!!

Love this place. They don't just house people, they help you to become self-sufficient by helping you get employment training and such. I cannot say enough about how much they really care, and how hard they work for the Veteran. Five out of five.

Supportive, knowledgeable, resourceful and connected! My experience with Ryan and Jennifer at US Vets was superb. I appreciated their follow though, which can be hard to find nowadays. They conducted college admission interviews with me that 100% helped me gain the confidence that I needed. I just received my acceptance letter for my master's program.
- They also took the time to provide me with job employment opportunities, fairs, resume review, and college admission statement.
- Would definitely recommend to other vets!!!

Supervisory case managers should be trained first ...

Supervisory case managers should be trained first especially in people skills. Many talk down to you instead of with you and are totally disrespectful to their clients and if brought to the attention of supervisors its ignored and continues to take place. This needs to be addressed at the highest level of US vets. US Vets, Long Beach, CA (perm. housing)

Jennifer worked with me for the better part of a year and was attentive and helpful. Her knowledge, access to resources, and sunny disposition made my job search fun and successful. If you get the chance to work with U.S. Vets and Jennifer, do so. Recommend!
