A Must for any aviation enthusiasts. So much to see. It literally takes about a week to see everything. This place is HUGE! Space Shuttle, Air Force One that Kennedy and Johnson used, Missiles, etc. Don't miss this place, you will enjoy it.

If you love planes, you will love visiting! It's free to enter, although a donation is accepted in exchange for a map directory listing the exact location of each plane. The displays were wonderfully kept, and the gift shop is expansive enough for any souvenir you can think to take with you!

The lighting here is also wonderful, if you're the sort to photograph your experience. I enjoyed my visit.

This place is amazing. If you live anywhere near here and have even a small interest in airplanes or the military or want a cool place to take a stroll on a hot summer day you need to come here. My little guy loves looking at the planes and rockets.

This place was absolutely awesome! We got to walk through the former presidential planes, and there is so much to see, read, and learn. You could spend the entire day there and still not see everything. We especially liked the World War II area. There is so much information! Really a fantastic place to visit.

So much to see and it is free admission for families. From the Wright Brothers to outer space all air craft are displayed. Many tributes to our Air Force men and women who fought for our freedom. Also, one can walk through the plane that carried JFK home from Dallas in 1963.

I can't believe it's free parking and admission! If I lived closer, I would visit weekly. There is so much to see, plenty of restrooms, a cafe, gift shop, and even some pay experiences like virtual reality. A couple cockpits are open to sit in and you can check out old Air Force One planes on the I side. We'll be returning soon!

This place is much larger than it looks, so definitely wear comfortable shoes. I walked through the exhibits for hours but was enthralled with all of the history presented here. 100% recommend stopping for a visit if you're in the area.

I couldn't possibly see everything in one day. The collection is varied and some items unexpected like the Bob Hope display. It was awesome to see he saved all the "rememberance bracelets" (from POW MIA) he was given over the years.

It was AMAZING! The Aircraft were HUGE and there was SO many of them!!! Even an Air Force 1 that carried JFK was open to walk thru... There was Stealth Aircrafts, Cargo Carriers, Missiles, bomb replicas, flight simulators, interactive displays... I could go on & on! Admission is FREE, parking is FREE, and this museum is 4 hangars big! We were there for 4 hours.
Do yourself a favor and go. Your jaw will drop.

Unbelievable if you are an aviation and history nut like me and my family. I have never seen a collection like this, except maybe the Smithsonian. So much history and no charge for admission, although a few of the exhibits do have a fee. Treat yourself to this wonderful place.

This place has such a rich history of the US Air Force that one visit could not be sufficient for an Air Force/History buff. The Presidential Flights on display were definitely the most exciting to see followed by many prototype planes on display. A must visit for anyone who is able to.

If you are interested in going her then you should know that it's easily a full day affair. If you're really into planes and history, give it more than a full day. This museum gets first dibs on any AF plane. That is why they have the only Valkyrie and have a B2 shell that was used in stress tests.

I've lived in Ohio for 9 years and I have only recently visited the museum. I shouldnt have waited so long!! Has the largest collection of aircraft I have ever seen they have very fun interactive things like sitting in cockpits, walking through planes (including air force one), 360 fighter simulators, and activities for kids and older! Make sure to plan for many hours to see all the exhibits. They've recently opened a new fourth building with many very cool experimental planes, space vehicles and many air force ones. I regret not visiting it sooner and will be back soon

The entrance was free of charge.Amazing place. There are huge planes standing there, for every plane you have a written script next to it. So many tourists at the time I visited.
You can even feel the experience of entering and staying inside of an US air force plane ( smells different, you should experience by yourself) and also you can buy stuff with a logo of US air force.
Amazing experience! Worth the time .
Open hours: 9 am to 5 pm ( open on Sundays as well- I visited on sunday ).

I wish I had had more time! First, it is free! This place is really awe inspiring. From the outside you wouldn't believe they have as many planes and displays as they do. Give yourself plenty of time to experience all four hangars, the outside displays, and the memorial walk.

Had an amazing time here learning about the various wars and aircraft used over the years. The museum is absolutely enormous, climate controlled, and well laid out with free admission. Hard to go wrong here if your looking for a laid back learning experience.

Anyone who carries a pocket knife of any value on a regular basis make it a point not to take it with you to the museum that morning.if you park a mile away anyway.no knives are allowed in side and no note of that on the website.the museum itself is awesome and we'll put together and the volunteers are very knowledgeable and helpful.. duck tape a marker and a five gallon bucket would go a long way towards customer service at the front door in the winter time.

Plan on spending an entire day here. The movies are worth their time and money! You will spend lots of time looking at very interesting aviation in our country history! We particularly loved looking at airplanes that the Air Force owns that different presidents of the United States have used during presidency! You will learn more about the space program also! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here only wish we had gotten there when they opened instead of an hour or two later. I would have to let you know we saw a mouse in the dining hall and we told a worker and she just said she knew it was there. The bathroom in the front lobby was nasty and stunk very badly. Other bathrooms in the building were fairly clean. You will enjoy your visit here don t let my negative remarks keep you away!
