PURE SPAM ... best to block them...otherwise they call n call n call.

Do not use this company!! I recently signed up with them for a medicare advantage plan. I find out that they didn't add the dental rider. I now have a lapse in dental coverage for another. After more than 2 hours on the phone with them. I still have no satisfaction. Their customer service is non existent.

The entity sent me an ad with no return address on it . They had my name and address.
Last I checked its a requirement that needs a return address, on upper left hand corner.
I would have returned to sender if there was one.
I guess that's why they don't put one on there.
The 1 star rating was that .
I had to call them to get my name and address removed, which they should not have in the first place.

Last I checked unsolicited emails to Medicare Beneficiaries is a violation of the Senior Protection Act and CMS Marketing rules for Medicare Advantage Plans. The "agent" I spoke with could not provide me with there Health Insurance National Producer Number when asked to verify which again is a violation. STAY AWAY!

I had a terrible experience with TZ. It turns out the agent that contacted me was not accredited for work in Pennsylvania. I went through the whole process including talking to the underwriters. I was told that the last step would be a call from them. I never got a call and so contacted Aetna directly who told me what had happened. My case had been closed because of the problem with the agent. TZ never contacted me to tell me what they had done. Luckily there was still time to apply to Aetna directly. I would absolutely not recommend TZ.

Accendo tells me my policy was approved some time ago, your application tracker and employees from the sales person (Edwin Pidort ) to the support team are very poor as no one returns phone calls. gives any information, and informs the customer of anything. All I can say is I am out of your hands and pity your other customers, Your customer service is nonexistent ! I was a told I should have received an email but since i did not I never will and rather than investigate why I was told tough luck , none will be forthcoming. True Customer Service TZ Solutions !!! LOL !

I (at least attempted) to buy a Medicare supplemental drug policy from James Vallandingham. Long story short - they lost the application and now I have to wait another month for coverage. Thanks TZ - it cost me a lot of money for prescriptions I could not get covered. This company is disorganized and told me to call the insurer (Mutual of Omaha) instead of doing the footwork themselves. THEY. ARE. LAZY AND UNCARING.

I purchased my medigap insurance from them after many calls with my agent. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty as it was practically impossible for me to contact the agent I had begun the process with. Having been in sales for many years they made it practically impossible to contact her. I'm guessing they want the agents to do a one-call-close or nothing. Having worked one-call-close sales I was determined to buy from her. Screw them. Now I just have to check to make sure I got a good deal! I purchased Plan F.

Continual harassment from this company regarding Medicare insurance. Call after call to my cell phone, automated voicemail messages, had to block calls as spam. Took time to call back one day and the female "agent" answered "Hello" as if not a business line, then could not get me the 800 number to their corporate office to stop the calls, seemed very uneducated about her own company and non-professional. Would absolutely never trust this company.
