As a first time buyer, I wanted a report so I could make an informed decision before proceeding with the sale. The valuer was wonderful, calling before and after the viewing to discuss my requirements and talk through any issues in a way I could understand. Highly recommended!

I dealt with Ed who was helpful, friendly and informative. He was efficient and thorough. I received the valuation report 2 working days after the visit so very pleased with the promptness. Chris did the mortgage valuation and homebuyers report for me. I found his report very thorough, and was written promptly. He was very helpful in arranging a call for immediate feedback, and said I could call him if I had any queries. I liked his use of photos with arrows in the report. I would say the customer service element has been excellent

From the very outset, our dealings with Tyser Greenwood for our HomeBuyers Report were quick and efficient. Communications were always prompt and thorough. We were able to have a chat with the surveyor, Nigel, in advance of the survey to set the scene for the survey. Following the survey, the report was emailed to us promptly and we found it to be very clear and comprehensive. Perhaps most helpful of all was the chance to have a further chat with Nigel to explore some of the points raised in the report in more detail. This has given us considerable peace of mind in this otherwise stressful process of house buying!
