I was very pleased, everyone was very friendly and professional. I spoke with the sales team a couple of time prior to coming in to the dealership and they provided a very fair deal on the Leaf and we were able have everything ready to go when I arrived - I was in and out with my new car in 30 minutes. I was very pleased with my buying experience. I was originally in for a repair and was leaning toward a purchase but figured I would shop around first. I worked with Mike and he was pleasant and able to answer all my questions directly and offered clear information to help me navigate my decision. Great balance of professionalism, courtesy, and competence with a relaxed vibe. I felt confident in the deal we reached. I appreciated that he listened to exactly what I was looking for and I was satisfied with how swiftly and smoothly the process was altogether (especially on a freezing night after a long work week). Everything from going out of his way to show me a lot of different vehicles(I had no idea what I really wanted), test drives(turns out I'm picky), staying late, negotiating prices/trade in etc. and just being Super friendly and easy to chat with(has anyone else ever left buying a car feeling like they had a new friend?? I didn't think so! But here I am )

Connor Moran was especially helpful. Sales makes so much more sense when the salesperson approaches the whole customer experience as educator/guide. My husband Peter did the research before we came to Tynan's and Connor answered all of our questions. Our test drive was fun and we got a total feel for what we were getting into.
