Food was below average. How do you not make good nachos... Just ask 2 Penguins! Went for trivia night and won't be back. Waitress was attentive but the food was not worth eating.

Probably a better bar than grill. Food was ok, but service was bad. Waited forgot our appetizer, untill we reminded him when he brought the food. It was only house made chips, they came out cold so he wasn't waiting on them to be cooked, he just forgot about them. The beer selection was awesome, knowledgeable staff on the drink menu. We wanted to try the strawberries and fudge desert, waiter admitted they just head up some chocolate sauce in the microwave and give you some strawberries. "Fresh outta the microwave" - I got a kick out of that. Go there for drinks! It's a nice place but don't expect much from the foods.

My best friend had her rehearsal dinner here and it was such a great space for as many people as they needed to accommodate. Inside was nice and spacious with very high ceilings. And outside was a large patio that was perfect for the kids to run around in. The food and drinks were perfect for what we needed.

Beer selection was fantastic with such a large amount of local breweries, but the food was way under seasoned and burger was overcooked

Super disappointed! Been here before so was psyched when my hubby suggested it however our experience last night left a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one. I can overlook not great food, my husband's fried chicken tasted like cardboard and my Chicken pot pie I strongly believe was just a jacked up can of Campbell's soup with a puff pastry on top, but what really got me was the inappropriate and unprofessional conversations we heard between the staff and the manager while sitting close to the bar. As a manager my self I was appalled at what I overheard, mind you these were NOT hushed or whispered in anyway. As a result of this we will not be patrons of this restaurant any longer. It's a shame but when you put people in a supervisor position with out any cooth or respect for other people I can not support your buisness.

Friendly staff. Good ambiance. Fun beer selections. Comforting, locally sourced, scratch cooked food that makes you feel good and want a nap!

Awesome dog friendly patio! Our server was on point and helpful with recommendations. Large selection of craft beers! The food was pretty good too! Lunch crowd fills up the patio, so arrive early.

Good food, tons of seating including outdoor space which is nice. Trivia on Tuesday plus in walking distance from my work, I won't complain! Beer list seems long but I don't much of attention to it. But what I do pay attention to is the chips with the warm BBQ sauce, yum!!! Just the right amount to spice and flavor!

Great service. Our waiter was very attentive without being overbearing. We all enjoyed our various dinners be it entre salad, wrap or burger. Also a great variety of beers and specialty cocktails. Can't wait to go again and try something else. BTW, the whiskey BBQ sauce is fantastic with a nice kick to it. Just the right amount of spicy .

The home made chips with bbq sauce sounds a little off the beaten path, but they are terrific together. All around good time!

The choices for beers the day we went werent all that impressive. They usually have better choices for craft beers. There arent coasters or even bar napkins for your drink so the table gets wet because of this. Not too classy. It's an after work hangout but no much more than that.

Their beer selection is fantastic all local Colorado brews, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Didn't try their food so I can't speak to that. Definitely a spot I would recommend for a good beer.

Stopped in here for a work lunch one day, happy hour drinks another day. The outside is unassuming: broken up parking lot and somewhat dated appearance to the building. Appearances aren't always everything though. The food here is very good for this genre. Waiters are helpful and make suggestions to various dishes on the menu if they've like certain alterations. Drink prices are reasonable and on par with others in the area. If you're driving by and looking for a place to try, don't let the appearance outside fool you. It's definitely worth a stop!

Three words...THE BEST WINGS. Great selection of local beers and a full menu of amazing food. Casual and comfortable atmosphere and awesome service.

Great beer. Great food. We are so happy we found this place. It s not on the main road, so use navigation to find it. But it s worth it! They are know for their fried chicken dish, and also use the recipe for the appetizer bites. So good. The daily specials are amazing as well. I like fried chicken, so I'm always eager to try new places that have true, bone-in, fried chicken. The recipe here at 2 Penguins is unique, but very, very good! Their batter has a different texture that I like a lot. Their blueberry cornbread muffins top off this meal superbly too. And then there's the wide choice of beers to try. We'll be going back often.

Crowded when they have events (cornhole) but was worth it, I enjoyed the day playing in the tournament, and the food / staff / drinks were excellent!

My husband and I are regulars of 2 Penguins as we live in the neighborhood. The beer list is phenomenal and the service has always been top notch. We like them SO much that we decided to hold our wedding reception here! I worked closely with Dan to get everything set up and event planning has never been easier - seriously. Dan was very detail oriented and super flexible with the many options they already had. I made the genius mistake of printing the wrong time on my invitations..which was super dumb and could have been a NIGHTMARE...but it was no big deal! He just freaking switched the time of the entire reception the DAY BEFORE with no issues what so ever!! The food was delicious. The staff was incredible (especially Madeleine whose sense of humor was spot on with mine - you were a blast, thank you!). This was by far the cheapest option for a reception we ran into...and probably the best event planning experience I've ever had. 2 Penguins (and Dan!), THANK YOU!!!

Right now they are real, real serious about wearing a mask when you're seated at a table. I only had a couple of beers, of which they had a good selection.

We stopped in here with some friends for the Fermentalogists Two Year Anniversary Party a little while back. You can't go terribly wrong with 36 rotating taps of Colorado craft beer. However, you can go wrong with experimental home brews. I really hate to say it because I like to support up and coming brewers, but many of the home brews on tap were unfortunately mediocre or just plain unpleasant. Bad batches happen, and that's how you learn and get better, but I personally wouldn't have served some of them to the public just yet. Props to our bartender, though -- whenever we ordered a taster of a brew he knew we wouldn't like or that he could tell we didn't like, he would bring us samples of others we should try and this led to a few tasty discoveries, like Steamworks Brewing Co.'s Tiramisu Stout. The green chili cheese fries hit the spot, but the margherita pizza was a bit lacking. I found it too thin and the bottom of the crust had a layer of raw flour. I still give them 4 stars, though, because I came and probably will come back for the beers, not the food.

I've been here for lunch a few time and overall it's a good place to grab a bite and drink quickly. However, I met a few folks for Happy Hour after work and the waiter spilled a drink on my friend. He wasn't a great server to begin with, but the manager came by to apologize and comp my friend. But he comped that one drink only...???!!! You spill a drink on someone and your apology is to pay for that one drink? I'd expect my friends HH nachos and other drink to be free as well. I mean, c'mon, it's like $13 total.

Amazing choices of beer that is constantly rotating. Great interior and atmosphere with a patio (beer garden) to match. Food is better than your averagebar food. Happy hour prices not great but that's minor.

Atmosphere is really relaxing, drinks and foods are extremely expensive. Noticed a lot of people there with their dogs. I love animals, but not when I'm trying to eat and their hair ends up in my food. Our waitress took way too long to come back and check on us.
