Tried to contact to book a 2 night stay this month and I have not had a reply to my email or numerous voicemails left. Even contacted Sawdays who were not able to make contact either. Very disappointed

Stayed with Elaine on June 25-26-27, 2019. Beautiful room, perfect host, wonderful food!

Great place to stay while close to the city centre Breakfast was excellent

Impeccable. Location, building, interiors, breakfast, attention to detail: all faultless. Elaine, our host, offers every consideration to deliver a very warm welcome.

One of the best place to stay in Edinburgh. Everything is incredibly well cared for, great ambience. Awesome rooms. Huge bathroom with bath and shower... And the bed is huge and confortable with really good linen. The breakfast is perfect, in a big wooden table.

Excellent bed and breakfast....modern, spacious and elegant. Great linen and huge roomvand bathroom..Perfect location..Would definitely stay here again.
