Not sure why the rude lady at the front is allowed to greet people. No customer service at all and no help with anything. Not even an iota sense of intellect. Even argues with parent(s). Maybe this is how Twin Rivers district deter parents from going into the office. Whether, it s inter or intra district transfer, she will likely confuse herself first then make you second guess yourself. Consistent misinformation is how she can assist you. Sadly, she is the angry witch who you will encounter when you go into the district office. Enter at your own risk. You have been warned.

I understand that WE are all going through rough times .. but that s no excuse to be so rude ...

Heck ya TRUSD! Don't you know the children are our future? Treat them well and help them find the way.

The district oversees some of the lowest ranked schools in The state. Their refusal to acknowledge many of the problems are rooted in plain mismanagement of funding and resources has parents fleeing the district. Top administrators are never held accountable for their poor performance. Educational resources are subpar and too many of the teachers just don't care. Enrichment courses and after school programs are nonexistent.

As a student of one of the schools i am very disappointed because of there decisions my schools blinds havent opend in 5 years and one of the sink cabinets are broken they have not even came down to the school to try to fix these problems. This year there were two 6th grade teachers they took that teacher in the beging of the year and put her at a different school we now have 33 students in 4 classes. In my opion being in this learning inviorment is not acceptable. The school is very nice other than that i just feel they should do more.

Office loves to take their sweet time when it comes to student services, it takes weeks for them to get even the most basic things done.

I cannot express how unprofessional this place is. I went there to get proof of me COMPLETING SCHOOL YEARS AGO. Have more than enough credits. Just never received my diploma. Now they say times have changed an there are new requirements witch is not okay because I completed all of the requirements at the time I went to school. 10 years ago. I will be fighting this. I shouldn t have to put my life on hold to go back to there school when I already have completed all of the requirements from when I attended there. So unprofessional and terrible. An the counselor was extremely rude an didn t want to help at all!

Where do I begin!! Disappointed at Twin Rivers Unified School District!! There is an elementary school Fairbanks which is wonderful! Dedicated & committed teachers & staff.. Too bad that the TRUSD has badly neglected this site while overspending on projects that perhaps could've waited like greenhouses, electronic school signs, pools, mulch for parking areas &/or turf for fields especially when safety should be a priority. This particular school site is very old and needs much to be repaired & replaced.. Like for example a security gate for the safety & security of all students.. Water fountains are a MAJOR health concern & also kids don't even have some shade while playing on playground structures!! Ridiculous & very upsetting!!

I'd like to share that Twin Rivers just got $14,000 per student and I haven t seen a school that has told or called parents about NEW BACKPACKS, LAPTOPS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES..... NOTHING! That $14,000 per student is enough to get these kids proper proportionate lunch boxes instead of wire tied bags! Teachers are just passing kids along! Eager to fail our children with notifying parents, lame chromebook laptops that have been used n reused! I will be calling the Governor s Office ASAP!
