I really liked the experience I had there even though I stayed only for a week.

The Company is amazing, well placed, with a lovely staff (especially the Social Media Manager). I recommend it to anyone who seek a good internship at a good price

Then you have found just the right institution. Arrange your work placements with TWIN and they sure as hell will deliver a stay in Dublin you can remember for the rest of your life. You will learn a lot - and you will certainly never again complain about miserable organisational skills in your own environment.
If you want to spend your money on a stay and placement worth the effort, steer well clear of TWIN and look somewhere else.

Even if i enjoyed my time there, i cannot stress enough what a hassle it has been. The teaching is quite standard and is only recommended if you only have a standard-level (or lower) of English. I do however need to say that the teachers are very polite and patient. I considered them as somewhat friends for my time being there.

But now to the important part.
After i had decided that the study program's level was not high enough and I didn't feel challenged anymore at all, I asked if it was possible for me to get a refund for the time i would not be there anymore due to my early departure. We were assured multiple times that we would receive a refund.
It has been 12 months and nothing was sent. After putting in many hours into asking for it or for anything, Twin has not been able to help us in any way.
They always say "they will look into it, please send your information" and if you do that they will most likely not even write them down. After telling them i have changed my E-Mail twice they still didn't manage to send me an E-Mail (the only one i have received in these 12 months) to the right address. The will lull you into a false sense of trust.
To top it all of, they changed the story saying I just left and am not allowed a refund.
I am utterly disgusted by those people in the management/finance department and cannot express my disappointment enough.


So for everybody considering twin, do think twice. If you had an English course in school you are more than well prepared to go into the highest class twin has to offer and will likely be bored after 1+ weeks.
And do not trust them with any sort of financial sort of things, they are ruthless business people who do not care about anything if you are not present anymore.

All the facilities are very good. It is really easy to make international friends, as they have student from over the world. My teacher was very friendly and he was always willing to help me.

I would recommend Twin for their prices and quality.

Disappointing. I was traveling to England for 2 weeks for an internship with my IT (specialising in network) class, and I was told that my internship would be at a IT company, but it wasn't. I had a paper that stated very specific learning outcomes from the ERASMUS program to make sure we wouldn't fall behind. I was put in a visa helping company instead. Nothing wrong with the company it self, but I'm really disappointed that I didn't get what I was promised.

I don't recommend this cento to anybody how want to receive good product: good per child. It's the worth what I have seen anywhere, even in my country (UA) peaple more responsible and never do a bad turn.
So do ad you prefer, but think before send your child or money to this center.

I am very satisfied with Twin, the setting is ideal to improve your English. In addition, people are very helpful. We are rather well supervised while having a certain autonomy in our work.

Nobody answers the phones (only automatic messages), recent emails not answered, waiting for a refund of my cancelled group due to Covid-19 and the consequent shutdown of borders.

The star takes the building. As a teacher I will never take my students back to Twins. The houses were not qualified to receive students, several changes had to be requested and there were no families available. The students did not receive the necessary attention.

The classes were bad, they played
Kahoot even in Spanish.

Management errors in the processing of some of these activities: they had not paid and we had problems doing the activity or they sent us to movie theaters in the Bronx's own neighborhoods.

A very bad experience.

Absolutely the worst Sales team here. AVOID this school.
Tried to get a trial lesson to see how the lessons are like. Pauline or whatever her name was replied like 1 week later. Then I reply saying I"m available for a trial lesson. Then she replied 1 week later. Each time I ask for a trial lesson, I get a reply one week later and a sorry message saying that she lost the email or she just came across this. WOW . Absolutely the worst sales manager on the team. If this is the type of customer service from their sales team then I would not want to image what type of English classes they are offering.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible terrible terrible - Not recommend this place.Rude and unhelpful. Stay away - find a 'good school'. If i can give 0 stars i would.

Poor internships programs. Enterprises take you to do junk job that no one else wants to do.

Poor organizations. They have no capacity or willingness for problem solving

Poor language courses. Very basic and easy.
