Awful service, not recommended! Shady company with rude staff and rude managers. Use them if you like to deal with rude people with low knowledge of tax matters.

BE AWARE - DO NOT USE

i used this company for years. for some of those years their phone system didn't work and there was a constant crackle on the line. at every end of year submission i'd have to jump through hoops because they'd never had a client (or so they said) who had a mac (really?) and therefore they were "unable" to accept mac spreadsheets. when i finally complained about this to the owner of the company he told me to go elsewhere.

I employed TWD to file a non-resident capital gains return on a property which we sold. The return that they sent for approval stated that we would owe 5600 pounds which I questioned because another accountant said that we would owe nothing. After two weeks of back and forth trying to figure out the discrepancy, I found a statement on another accountant's website that proved that I did not owe any tax. I was told that the original miscalculation occurred because I did not provide enough information to begin with, even though I had filled in all the forms that I had been sent. When I complained to the manager about this I was given no apology for being blamed for the miscalculation. I would not recommend TWD's services.
